He was very knowledgeable and provided me with informative information on what we need to have a long lasting garage door.”

“Matt did an awesome job. And installed the gargage door opener in a timely manner. He explained everything in detail and took his time to make sure everything was working as it should. He also did additional tests on my door to let me know if future repairs that I will need. Price was very reasonable. He also took the time to explain additional options if needed. After the installation of the Chamberlain garage door opener i bought he even helped me setup the garage opener on my vehicle apart from the buttons the open comes from. He also cleaned up the area before he left! Very professional definitely recommended him and this company. First time ever owning a gargage door opener.”

“The beginning of May 2026 we signed a contract for Garage Door Doctor to replace our garage doors. We had to wait until June 12th for installation. The installation guy was great however immediately he noticed the garage door panels were mismatched from the manufacturer. He tried to figure it out with his supervisor and ultimately had to install the mismatched panel. We were then told after speaking with the supervisor a new matching panel would be expedited. Nobody called for follow up, then 4 days later we called. The person we spoke to said mid July was the earliest we could get the matching panel for our order that originated the beginning of May. We are not happy and currently waiting on resolution for the next month. The service we have experienced here is definitely not as advertised.”

Mr. Darek R. was our Garage door Doctor , he showed up early and was very professional. He serviced the garage door at our home and replaced the springs and necessary components. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He noticed the obvious broken spring and did a thorough inspection on our garage door components. He did the full repair, reinspect and greased necessary components. Informed us if necessary near fixed like garage door replacements and maintenance plans. We will recommend his service!”

“Arrived very quickly and gave me an estimate on repairing broken door springs. Very friendly and professional. Gave 3 estimates on repaires that needed to be done. Explained everything in detail. Repairs made and very happy with service. Price seemed alittle high but parts are lifetime warranty and I never got another quote from another company because door was broken and I needed it repaired ASAP. He did point out all of the issues with the door but it is 30 years old and I know the tech was just doing his job. Overall the work was amazing and I am very happy with the repair just alittle upset on price but it was repaired the same day.”
