“Scheduled an appointment to have a general maintenance inspection of my garage door. Technician Bryan Medina arrived the next day, on time and performed a thorough inspection of door, springs, opener, etc. & explained his findings. I opted to go ahead and replace the springs as he indicated they were not holding the weight of the door. Bryan completed the work plus made a few other minor adjustments to ensure everything was working properly. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job repairing the door. I would highly recommend both Bryan & Precision Garage Door!”

“Older garage door lost some of it's hinge bolts. Also loud squeaking. When Andrew finished, all hinges were well secured and door is now much quieter. Honest, quality work. Andrew was polite and will assist me next year when it's time to replace this thirty year old door.”

A wire had broken between the controller and one of the sensors on a Friday night, leaving us without a working garage door going into the weekend; and to make matters worse, the company that installed our door less than a year ago had gone out of business, leaving our warranty worthless.
