Customers describe calls for broken springs, stuck openers, and new motor setups that needed quick turnaround. Devon often confirmed door ratings before quoting, completed the work without pushing extra parts, and handled warranty claims on logic boards or springs until approval came through. Several jobs involved tightening tracks, swapping to higher-cycle torsion systems, and setting up phone apps for remote operation. Reviewers report doors running smoothly afterward and problems resolved without return trips in most cases.

The crew shows up on the stated time, texts updates, and keeps the work area clean. Quotes come after checking details like door ratings, and pricing stays below big-box options according to multiple accounts. Work stays efficient with parts on hand, and technicians answer questions without pressure. Service reaches homes in the local area with same-day or next-day options noted in feedback.

Feedback shows a 4.9 Google rating alongside repeated mentions of quick response, skilled fixes, and clear communication from Devon and the team. Reviewers highlight on-time arrivals, no upselling, and extra adjustments done at no charge.

“Top tier garage doors changed our Wayne Dayton springs to a torsion system with a 30k cycle spring, so hopefully lasts many years. He gave a 6 year warranty on the spring and a 60 day labor warranty. We had choice warranty and they initially denied the claim but he followed up continuously with them until the point they approved it partially. He is very knowledgeable and clearly explained us everything. Very happy with his service and will recommend him to all my friends.”
