“Replaced broken tension spring. On time. Uniformed, clean, polite and professional. Did good work, promptly, for a fair price. Came the day after I called so I had very little downtime. Didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services but mentioned an annual service plan I could review on the internet if I was interested. I will definitely use this firm again.”

“They did same day service and had all the tools and resources needed for my home. The tech was on respectful and on time. Gave me good honest recommendations along with the work that needed to be done. The tech beat his own time frame of 30mins of complete the job. I definitely would recommend them to anyone and use them for any other repairs or maintenance at my home again.”

“Exceptional. They communicated well, came quickly, and solved my issues at a good price. Sergio also looked carefully and identified where I was likely to have issues in the future based on how my door was currently behaving and told me what to watch for. I'm a big fan of this company and highly recommend.”

“The Service and TJ, the Technician, was very very very good!! He came and assessed my issue within seconds. Also explained to me the age of my device and what a viable solution could be. In the end, we got 2 new Garage Door Openers installed and he was very Professional and thorough in his explanations. We are overly satisfied in the work and your Company. Thank you Veterans Garage Door Company and I will pass along your info to any of my friends that are in need of service.”

“Really happy with the service I got from Veterans Garage Door Repair. From the very first call, everything was smooth and easy. TJ came out to do the repair, and he was awesome—friendly, professional, and quick. He explained what was going on without any pressure, got the job done fast, and made sure everything was working perfectly. The prices were fair, and I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. They even followed up afterward to make sure the door was still running well, which says a lot about their customer service.”

“We are highly satisfied with our experience with Veteran Garage Door Repair. We had new door installation and the quality of the products is excellent. What is more important is the follow up they made on a few concerns we had - they ensured we were completely happy with the finished product by quickly sending a team back to fix the issues. We truly appreciate Sergio’s professionalism and resolution of those initial concerns.”

“After calling a different company who didn’t know what they were doing our realtor recommended you. You did a great job solved all my issues. Thank you for great service.”

“My tech was to the point and had a quote. He then went right to work. I put in a system two years ago that lasted my tenants two months. He put in way faster than me and when he was done it was so smooth. Not like when I put it in. He had that thing tuned like a Swiss watch. And this garage door is ancient. So I bow to the Master. I will call you any time I need a garage door to work like it is supposed too.”

“Veteran Garage Door Service was fantastic! TJ was able to come out same day, analyzed the repair and also was able to provide upgrades quick and with fair pricing. Overall would highly recommend and great to support our Veterans.”

“Excellent Job done by Mr Jaxiel. Timely support.Very friendly Technician. No hidden cost on payment. Clarity on work and payment.”

“The cable connected to one of the tension springs slipped off the pulley, and was caught in the track. I was able to free the cable, but it was mangled and frayed. Called Veteran Garage Door Repair and asked for someone to come take a look at it. Sergio came out, looked over the problem, and ordered the cable. Normally they have most every part in stock and in their vans, but this was an older garage door system. Sergio was scheduled to come out today between 2 and 5 pm, but called me around 12 pm, and said he would be able to arrive in 20 minutes. Once he arrived, he got to work and replaced both cables, and made sure the garage door was balanced and working correctly. I could not be happier with how this turned out.”

“We had Veteran Garage Doors install 2 garage doors with openers. They have been extremely professional and easy to work with and stand behind their product. We had a minor issue a year after installation and they immediately came out and rectified the issue. I would definitely recommend to my friends that if they need garage door services that they can trust VGD.”
