“Installed a garage opener few years ago. All seemed okay until the bracket on the top of the door that connects to the opener arm got completely ripped off. Turned out despite a large giant sticker on the door stating to use Wayne-Dalton bracket, a tech used Genie's tiny bracket with just two screws. Of course, it's out of the warranty at this point. You can see the difference in the size of brackets and number of screws in the attached pictures.”

I also asked for speciality items - high lift, double insulated doors, lift master side mount. Installation went without a hitch. I did have them back (they were quick to stop by again within an hour of me calling) to check on a few fiddly items with the garage doors (sensors). The technician Dale knows his stuff too, just ask him anything when he’s there. Anyway, very happy with the quality of work. I’ve had several neighbors compliment me on the doors.”
