Rise & Shine Garage Doors

Rise & Shine Garage Doors handles garage door repairs and installations out of Pflugerville. The company covers the Austin area and sends technicians for tune ups on older doors, spring and bearing swaps, fixes for doors that derail or stick, full replacements on units from the 1980s, and add ons like rubber rollers or trim work. Reviewers name Michael Reinardy, Zach Taylor, and Luis Garcia as the techs who show up for these calls, often handling three doors in one visit or working through details on specific brands.

Customers call for quick responses when doors stop closing or make noise, and the techs arrive on time with an ETA link sent ahead. Michael Reinardy has been noted for inspecting three doors at once, quoting prices that come in under expectations, and finishing installs even in high heat while leaving the space cleaner than he found it. Zach Taylor explains spring repairs step by step and offers clear options without extra suggestions. Luis Garcia handles derailed doors fast and gives straight answers on what needs fixing. Scheduling stays simple through texts and links, and the crew keeps communication open from the first call through the end of the job.

The work covers tune ups that quiet doors down, replacements that include extra trim, and maintenance checks that point out future wear without pressure to buy anything extra. Reviewers mention the techs stay friendly while staying focused, answer questions on the spot, and show up prepared for both small fixes and bigger swaps. The same names come up across multiple jobs for sticking to schedules and finishing without surprises on cost or timing.

“Great service got the job done quickly and we're here on time like they said. They send one guy, but another guys came along. To help loved it and will have more work for them like add rubber rollers installed later”

“Met Michael (Mike), who serviced my three garage doors. Very professional, well-spoken, and a pleasant experience. Very honest in their inspection assessment and recommendations. Will use them again.”

“Michael of Rise & Shine Garage doors was friendly, professional and a real pleasure to work with. I called about a tune-up to my 1984 garage door--but his detailed explanation and demonstration of what was wrong with the it made me confident that the best choice was a replacement. He quoted me a price that came under what I was expecting and that included things I did not expect like the trim around the door. I feel great about the decision and look forward to having new, reliable garage doors. Fast forward to the install: Mike returned and was just as professional and impressive as ever. In 100 degree heat he replaced my garage doors and they look great from both outside -- and inside the garage! Couldn't be happier with how they turned out (and bonus: I had to get rid of some things to get ready for the install--so that's awesome!) The price was reasonable--the execution efficient and high quality. (Now, off to get some paint for a new color above the doors!) Thanks, Mike!”

“Starting with the 1st phone call to the end of the service call I received excellent service. Everyone I spoke with made me feel like family. Michael who came out for the service was very knowledgeable and experienced. I received a great tune-up and overall check without ANY pushy sales tactics. When he left I was secure in knowing the condition of my doors and what to look for in the future for maintenance. My garage doors are now running quiet and smooth. Thanks so much! Sonja”
