“We had our fence work done last year but I was pregnant and just getting around to writing this now. I am giving three stars because they were all very nice people, but the project was not very seamless. First off, I went with them even though they were higher than others because I thought they would be great quality and no headaches. The price to repair our leaning back fence line and gate was about half of what we paid to install the entire fence. However, I thought the higher price would reflect quality. First off, once we got a quote, it was constant follow ups to see if we wished to pursue. Once I paid a sizeable deposit, it went radio silent. No information on when or how we would be contacted for scheduling. After a few days, I reached out to the office for guidance. The person I talked to was also surprised I had not heard back. I finally heard that it can take two weeks for scheduling. That is fine with me, but that should be communicated up front, versus wondering when I might be contacted. They scheduled us very quickly, which was great. However, the first day I waited and no one came. I text at the end of the day and said there was a problem with the work truck. No ”
