“Rafa did a great job inspecting and fine-tuning my garage door. He replaced the rollers/wheels and explained the issue thoroughly. He spent plenty of time making sure everything was working properly. Before, I had to close the door manually most of the time. Now the remote works perfectly and the door runs much smoother. Professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommended! Am more peaceful now”

“Our 26 year old garage door opener stopped performing its usual duties. We called A1 Garage Door Co. and they sent a technician out on a Saturday. Luckily for us, Tanner had a solution. He explained our options and was able to save us some money as we replaced the old unit with new technology and quieter parts. He worked diligently (in the Texas heat) and got us back in business. He was knowledgeable, explained the process well, and followed up with us to tweak a couple of minor issues. We're very satisfied with the results.”

“Yesterday I realized our garage door could not open and it was no longer sealed against the wall as tightly as it was in the past. I've never had a garage before so I was totally in the dark as to why that happened. I spend most of my working hours in my garage, so with this Texas summer in combination with an active El Niño, this was an emergency. Jimmy came out the next day and he was so helpful!! When he called to let me know he was on his way over, he mentioned he was at a pit stop to fuel up on gas and he asked me if I wanted him to pick me up any food! “First of all, I was impressed with the notification of time of arrival from the office and then shortly after the repair person called to tell me exactly when he would arrive. On time to the minute. This was a service for general garage maintenance through a contract I have with this company. He explained what he was doing today and I had only a minor adjustment on my door opener on the wall. Usual service was done as to greasing of tract and checking springs etc. Explanation was thoroughly given for everything he did. I highly recommend this company for their concern, promptness, and keeping in touch.”

“My garage doors had not been serviced for a number of years. A1 technician, Rafa Saenz, related to me what problems he detected. He said I could have the work done or not because the door were still going up and down. He showed me where some of the damage was bowing the metal parts on the door. He also indicated the rollers were not working at peak perfprmance. He showed me the old parts and the new parts. There were so many things not working effectively on the door due to its old age and non-servicing for many many years. After I said, I wanted the servicing to be done, he worked with me on a payment plan which I was in compliance with. My garage door open looks like new and it is so much more quiet and smooth. Nonetheless, my garage door stuck and would not move. This happened around 4ish pm. I called and Braden was dispatched. Not only did he fix the issue from the pin falling out , he also completed the task the previous tech (who is no longer with the company) was to come back and finish. He did a fabulous job. “I was signed up for a monthly letter for $159.00 a year and had no idea what this was for. First I noticed it was when I printed out the 4 page document and 17 page document. Both gentle men were very nice but I have worked in sales for decades and retired from the police dept. I think what is going on most people do not have a printer and reading a 17 page document are your bill and the notice that you were signing up for a monthly notice that automatically renews. “We had A1Garage Door Service, Rafa Saenz the Tech expert came out to do garage door tuneup. He & his assistant and surveyed the doors and reasons why it wasn’t closing properly. They were Friendly & explained what was needed & what they would do. We have a double wide custom wood door, & wanted to keep that. Rafa and his assistant, worked to align door, install heavier duty springs & cable. He had recommendations for additional items, rollers, hinges etc. which we passed on those items at that time. Yes, a new door would’ve solved the issues, but as I said, we like our custom wood door. They stayed past their original appointment time, it was late in evening, they returned the next day to complete the task. The door was usable. Rafa stated to give him a call if it acts up. A couple of months the door was creaking & popping. Rafa came out on his off day & did some tweaks, but this time noticed a couple of hinges had stress fractures & breaks. He recommended the items again. We made a service request, w Rafa for the additional items & door deal. He came out and got started, kept us in the loop, and completed the upgrades, readjusted the opener to ensure excellent operation. Rafa is”
