After we received an obscene quote from another company to fix things that were not broken, instead of addressing the actual problem, I decided to call Beech’s Overhead Door for a second opinion. What a difference! How refreshing it is to do business with honest people, who do not try to take advantage or upsell you because of the area you live in. Mitch came by and fixed the problem, which contrary to what the other company said, was very minor, and in 20 minutes, my garage door sensor was fixed and working again at a very reasonable price. We put down our 6000.00 deposit and waited the 4 weeks to get the doors installed. Then her son Terry came out didn't like what he observed went back to his shop and called us and said he didn't want the job this after we had waited 4 weeks. They are locally owned in Southlake here, by the same family (obivously, the Beech family). I hear of some people getting ripped off by other companies calling themself "Southlake Overhead Door" but that is bogus, those people aren't actually here in town, just marketing fakers.
