“First Responders Garage Doors is THE BEST! I initially spoke to Cody, the owner, on the phone. He took a lot of time with me to figure out what I needed. He could have just said, you need a new garage door opener. He actually told me to try different things to see if my old one would work without having to come out and charge me. Ultimately, I decided to get a new opener. His price was better than the other 2 guys I had estimates with. The other two tried to sell me things I didn’t need. Not Cody! Johnathan came out the next morning and installed my new garage door opener. He was friendly, personable and did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company! They are honest and do good work, which is hard to come by these days!”

“I called First Responder Garage Doors this morning. Cody was able to come out later in the morning. He was honest and upfront about the options and the costs to repair or replace our damaged garage door. I decided to try to see if the garage door could be repaired first. Cody quickly and skillfully repaired the garage door. Besides a little dent at the bottom of the door, it looks as good as new. Cody also took the time afterward to lubricate the rollers and securely nail all of the molding. He went to the trouble of wiping off the grease spots on the door and molding. Cody gave me some useful information as well. He showed me some DIY tips for taking care of minor repairs myself. He also showed me some features of the garage door opener that I didn't know about. The 1st company we called was recommended by a friend in our neighborhood. Their tech came out and basically told us that spring and opener failure were imminent and they would cost $1600 to replace. I hesitated at this price since it was the first quote, and the tech basically asked me to tell him a price and he would see if he could do it. Their tech came out and met with my wife who explained the situation. He examined the door and said the spring and opener were still good, and that everything just needed a tune up.
