“Service was top-notch. Alfredo knocked it out on a Saturday morning. Called on a Friday. They set up service for next day AM. Can’t beat that. Alfredo showed up after notifying me he was on his way. He got all the details and got to work. 3 hours or so and he was done. Transparent in his overall assessment and options for a solution that will get us back an operational garage door. Existing parts were around 16-17 years old so required quite a few components to be replaced. He showed me the broken and failing parts as he uncovered them. Overall, service couldn’t be better. “I was informed of the trip fee $59 when I scheduled but it will be deducted if I choose to make the work done. I was quoted $285. And since I wanted for the car garage to close I went ahead and accepted it. At the time of payment , he added the trip fee of $59. He said that it was not noted to waived it. $285 is already pricey and he did not hesitate to add more. So, this company will really charge so much money and take advantage of people like me who does no t know much about the garage door.”

She called and Chandler Martin came out the very next day to assess the issue with her garage door and discuss repair and/or replacement options. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He quickly identified the problem and even took the extra time to make sure that my mother understood that her garage doors parts are not something they could order any longer. The garage door is old and it has some damage and he strongly recommended she replace it for safety reasons. “Beware!!!!! From the minute Landen arrived everything was very sketchy. Our garage door wouldn't go up or down. When we called to set up an appointment we were told there's a $59 trip charge. Seemed reasonable. So we booked. Landen looked at the door and spring and said he thought he could fix it for $300. But if that didn't work then he would have to try something else, and that would be extra. I told him if he wasn't sure the $300 fix would work, I wasn't comfortable with his proposal. He then said that he was confident the $300 repair was what was needed. Then he said that he needed to replace the entire spring system as what was there wasn't the right equipment. It was only 1 spring and we really needed 2. I told him that we bought the house new 11 years ago and it's been working fine since then. on 1 spring. His next proposal was a choice of 3 options. 1.) $500 repair with no warranty. 2.) $750 repair with 2 year warranty. 3.) $1050 repair with lifetime warranty. He never said what the different repair options entailed. So at this point it was apparent he was just trying to tack on extra money to our bill, so we told him to just do the $300 repair and be done”
