Zolotco, Llc

Zolotco, Llc handles garage door repairs and opener work for homes in Stafford, Texas. The company sends out technician Dustin Foster to address calls from residential customers. He manages fixes on doors that stop working, openers that fail, and related hardware like springs and belts. Reviews show the firm takes on jobs involving programming remotes, installing new components such as brackets and rails, and handling both single and double door setups.

Customers describe problems like sudden spring breaks that leave doors stuck, circuit boards failing on older units, and belt drives that snap on specific opener models. Dustin has replaced broken parts on site, corrected wiring issues, lubricated bearings, and adjusted mechanics and electronics so the doors run again. In several cases he diagnosed extra faults during the visit, replaced a needed piece from his truck stock, and left the system tested and operational the same day another firm had delayed for months.

The company responds to calls with same day appointments and arrival inside one or two hour windows. Dustin explains each step of the repair, shows customers the faulty parts, and covers basic operation and maintenance. Pricing comes in reasonable with no added fees for parts or labor beyond the quoted amount. Work finishes cleanly, and he has even handled small extras like changing a bulb while already on the ladder.

“Our tech Dustin was absolutely amazing. He quickly assessed the issue, he was extremely informative about what happened to our garage and how it would need to be repaired. He patiently waited when the warranty company wasn’t being responsive then provided us with options on how to proceed. His professionalism, knowledge and genuine spirit turned our bad issue into a wonderful experience. If you need your garage serviced definitely choose this company and request Dustin B Foster. Thanks for saving my birthday weekend Dustin 🙌🏾❤️”

“Dustin showed up within the two hour window and did a great job. He came up with solutions on the spot to be able to diagnose the issue with the garage door despite there being a separate issue an electrician will be coming out to handle. Dustin programmed the remotes and worked cleanly. Highly recommend these guys — they knocked out a repair in the same day that another company had drug out for several months.”

“I called and was able to setup a same day repair, pricing is reasonable and I couldn’t be happier. Dustin came out and did the work. He is top notch and really knows his stuff. Had a great chat with him and he enjoys educating his customers on the repair, operation and maintenance, if you are so inclined. Look no further!”

“I have used Zolotco for my home and my father’s home. I highly recommend this company. When you have lived in your home for many years you know that eventually things wear down or break. Each issue was fixed by Constantine and most recently by Dustin. They responded to my call very quickly and the work was done as scheduled. Dustin was very nice and made sure i understood the new equipment and programming. Good job. Thank you!”

“Called my warranty company this morning about both garage doors not working. Dustin was here within an hour. Fixed both doors, and the wires that were not wired correctly. Programed a new universal remote for both doors. Even offered to change the lightbulb in the garage for me while he was up working on it.(which he did). He was very polite and professional, and explained everything thoroughly. I Was worried there would be extra fees for parts etc. There was not!! Extremely happy. Highly recommended. I never do reviews, but I am just so impressed and happy with Dustins work this morning.”

“Our garage door opener quit working and needed to be repaired quickly. My family and I are thankful Zolotco sent Dustin Foster promptly to our home for service on Friday. Before Dustin began working, he explained in detail what he was going to do. He immediately found the problem (an essential part of the opener had broken off) He had the part that needed to be replaced so he began working and resolved the issue. As he was doing the repair he noticed that the circuit board was faulty (this garage door opener is 30years old) Instead of fixing the original problem only and leaving, he was HONEST and not only communicated, but showed us where the damage was. Most people would have taken advantage of this opportunity to make a quick dollar, but this was definitely not the case. We were able to order a new garage door opener and have it properly installed Monday morning, without paying for the original work which had already been done and without a ridiculous upsale price! Dustin is a diligent worker and went above and beyond all expectations, he even helped to put our belongings back in the garage!! When you call Zolotco for your garage door service, I strongly encourage you to request”

“I confirm the 5-Star Google Reviews for Zolotco and their highly skilled technician, Dustin Foster! He repaired a broken belt drive on my Chamberlain Whisper Drive garage door opener. It’s a complex repair involving mechanical and electronic adjustments. All required parts were on his truck. He also tested remote controls and wall pad to ensure proper performance, then lubricated door bearings and bushings. The garage door system operates like new. Excellent customer service! Thank you to Dustin and Zolotco.”

“Dustin drove all the way to my home on short notice to fix my garage door before a terrible storm hit. He was so nice, and so helpful to me. I greatly appreciated the kindness and effort.”

“My garage door spring suddenly broke, and I didn't realize it until I was about to head out. I was dissatisfied with the first quotei got , so I hit the internet. Zolotco, LLC was the first company to respond to my inquiry and had a technician on the way within an hour. Dustin was AWESOME!!! Prompt, professional and courteous (and wearing a mask😁); he took his time to accurately diagnose the problem. He explained every step to me, completed an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. Not to mention his final price was more than half the first company's estimate. I'm a very satisfied customer; thanks for the excellent service Dustin and Zolotco, LLC!!”
