“If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Our technician was Steve, and he was very informative and educational as to teaching me how garage door mechanisms work, how to maintain them properly, and was very transparent in the work being done, all while actually doing the work (which was replacing our spring system). Syed as the dispatcher and person that handled pricing and quoting was also very helpful in educating me on different types of solutions, systems, and laying out all my options prior to our appointment and commitment to a specific service It was a quick 1-2hr job to replace our entire Torquemaster Spring system over to a traditional Torsion Spring system. If you're looking to get that specific work done, I can assure that they've done it a million times in replacing/changing out spring systems and will supply quality parts, labor, and honesty. Pricing was absolutely fair, and you will find that out when shopping around with other servicers. I would know since I shopped around like most homeowners do. Couldn't recommend them enough. They're definitely technician and solution oriented first, than being sales-focused, as we were able to get a quote first, before committ”

“The technician from Ingenious Garage Doors waited for us to arrive, which immediately showed his patience and commitment to excellent customer service. He was very professional and truly exceeded my expectations. He replaced the garage door wheels, and now the door opens much more smoothly and quietly. He also took the time to educate my children and me on how to safely use and properly maintain our garage door and showed us how to keep the area clean, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was his kindness. He saw my son struggling to fix the chain on his bike and, without being asked, stepped in to help him. Because of that, my son was able to get back outside with his friends and was very happy. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. Great service and great character. I highly recommend their service.”

“Fast and great service. Mr Hall showed up on time and was very knowledgeable for exactly what was needed to complete our service. He's a nice and funny guy! Very grateful for our house leasing company to choose this company who are reliable and qualified!”

“My garage door was bent on the top, I thought with such damage, I would have to have the garage door or at least the panel replaced for sure, but Steve was here, he was able to fix the panel for me, and the price was great! Steve not just showed his expertise, he's super friendly and willing to answer and helped out on all of the questions I had, I don't usually write a review, but he deserves all the good words.”

“Hi Steve provided outstanding garage door maintenance service. Prior to his visit, the door was extremely noisy and not operating smoothly. After his work, the difference is remarkable—it’s now quiet and functioning perfectly. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of garage door service. Thanks”

“Our garage door wouldn't close unless we hold the button down (sensor issue). I called a couple of companies for help and Ingenious really stood out. The first was asap/same day/kingsway garage (all the same company). Their tech told me he had to reprogram the opener as something was "blocking" and it couldn't pull the door up. Sounded really strange as it was supposedly a sensor issue. Then they told me I had a "deeper problem" and had to to replace the entire garage door opener and the wheels for over $750. Then came Ingenious and mr Steve Hall. Within 10 mins he was able to diagnose and fix my sensors for $69. He did tell me that the wheels and opener were old but functional. He then proceeded to educate me on maintenance and what to look out for. Its really hard to find people you can trust nowadays. If only companies weren't in it for a quick cash grab and more to improve their communities. We can't recommend Ingenious, and its outstanding asset, Steve hall, enough for all your garage door needs.”

“Called Ingenious Garage Door Services after our door came off-track and was hanging dangerously. With 440+ 5-star reviews I felt confident going with them, and they delivered. Steve showed up fast, diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently, and took the time to explain how our garage system actually works — way more helpful than trying to piece it together from YouTube videos. Professional, honest, no upsell pressure. If you're shopping around for garage door repair, stop scrolling and call these guys. 10/10, highly recommend.”
