“After returning from shopping on 09/12/2026, my attached garage door would not go all the way down after a number of attempts to lower it with the remote. I panicked, especially with it being a weekend and late evening. I tried to manually lower the heavy garage storm door, but it would only go down so far. For my security, I decided to search for a local company, or one that serviced my area. I saw the first number of a repairer, but instead, I decided to call the company listed below that repairer. The technician called about 10 minutes later to inform me of time of arrival. The arrival time he mentioned was the exact time he pulled up into my driveway (professionalism). After introducing himself, he assessed the issue, provided what the issue was, and wasted no time getting started. Thank you, John! Outstanding workmanship. I could just cry when I see how beautiful and cleanly my garage door opens a”
