Instead, he immediately said my door was “too old” and pushed a $3k replacement quote. I declined and asked for regular servicing. I paid $155 and he barely did anything — just sprayed a little lithium grease on two rollers, didn’t check the springs, didn’t clean or inspect anything, and was in and out in about 10 minutes. I have everything on video. Was hoping to hire them for long-term maintenance, but this was not a good experience. Felt like an upsell attempt instead of actual service. Do not use.”
