They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and did quality work. It's not always easy finding people you can trust when dealing with restoration or repairs, but they made the process much less stressful. They also assisted in coordinating the removal of household items. They did an outstanding job of managing the process and completing the work. “Exact restoration is very responsive, as they showed up the day we called. We had water damage from tub on second floor. Sheldon Bruce was so professional and listened to our concerns,vary rare in today's world of business. He was quick to remove damaged ceiling and flooring. Then project manager Krystal Grado was so kind answering all our questions and concerns. She's stopped by everyday to check in with us and to check machines in the dryout phase.
