“Taylor was super great. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and informative as well as very good at explaining what services we need in plain terms. I learned a lot about plumbing (at least two things!) that I did not expect to learn, as well as some informative facts about some friendly jumping spider he met near my water heater!
