He was everywhere and worked at fast pace ALL day. Reviewed and informed me of all aspects of the project. Juliano was great, excellent professional and competent! Juan M. Has been out before and was indispensable. He diagnosed the airflow issues and corrected thermostat wiring. “I called late Saturday evening because my AC Unit was not working. Their answering service scheduled a time for Monday morning. However, I received a call back within minutes from Doug at PlumbSmart. He advised that he could haves someone at my home Sunday Morning. The technician, Jacob, arrived on time. Very professional. He advised that that the repair was minor and the unit could be repaired. Jacob had the repair made within 1 hour. He also completed a diagnostic test for the entire system. Everything was good. My system is working and I can stop sweating. :)”

“Initial quote for a 3 hour job was $2000 for labor alone (parts covered by warranty). Talked them down to $1600. Still overpriced. They will authorize your warranty parts delivered to their business without asking you, it’s a cheap tactic to lock you in. Ignore the fake reviews from everyone on here, these guys are not your fiends.”

“Came on the same day I called, and charged me a very reasonable price (half what another local plumber wanted). Mr Garcia was very professional and even spared a free moment to help me on another leak I was fixing myself! Mr Garcia had my water heater line fixed in under 30 min. Very pleased I chose this company.”

“I called plumb smart when I had an emergency drain backup. Katie the dispatcher was very professional and very kind. They got a plumber out ( Charles ) same day. The blockage was really bad and took some serious effort from what I saw. He did not give up tho and got my drain emergency taken care of. Fair price compared to what I’ve paid in the past.
