She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The shed itself is excellent quality and exactly what we were looking for. We needed additional storage space, and the barn-style design gives us plenty of room while looking great in our yard. “Shed was ok. Came with a broken window they never warrantied, even after I reported it. Finance department is horrible. Kept my $300 deposit after completing purchase and paying off shed. Received my payoff letter and no deposit. Was told 2 different stories by 2 different people, both resulting in no return of deposit. Sure it’s only 300, but I paid them more than enough in financing. If you can’t pay cash, don’t bother.”

We got a fantastic deal, and was able to get a much bigger unit than we thought possible! “The shed was in great condition, the jones at the portland location were awesome . My issue is with the rude disrespectful delivery driver , poor communication, texted the driver days ago about putting the shed on blocks (he didnt respond) day of delivery he choices to sit the building on 2 2x4s one of which was old untreated . I got rude responses even as i tried to apologize to this man for the break down in communications he cut me off and ran his mouth. Was told i shouldve picked up the phone when he called me about arrival (i was at work) even though the first driver was awful, Lorenzo came out and place it on blocks for us he had good manners and was very respectful of my property”
