“I can't begin to say enough good about our experience with Eduardo and Advantage! He has pride in what he does and makes us feel like he would do the same for his own house and Family. They make a point of doing what is correct ,not what is necessarily easiest... If I owned this company, I would want Eduardo, Carlos and Billy and my team for sure!! I should add that they did 2 complete Heat Pump systems for our Home, and it went seamlessly!”

“Could not have asked for better service! We thought our smart thermostat had died, as it went blank and our HVAC system went quiet. Called Advantage Home Performance first thing and they had a service rep respond within a few hours. It turned out to be a loose wire connection within the unit up in the attic. They corrected the problem, booted up the system and our thermostat was working again!👏 Eduardo and his partner were wonderful, professional and very friendly. “Outstanding in all respects. (Photos taken before line set covers are installed. They return tomorrow to finish the aesthetics of the job. Also, discoloration of painted wall is unrelated to installation.) Advantage home performance helped me troubleshoot a tricky home heating cooling situation and then as of this morning installed two Fujitsu heat pump systems. Each system a single unit condenser and a single handler... Each system 18K BTU. From start to finish they were very Hands-On, seamlessly communicative, professional in all respects. The installation job was a little tricky but not challenging for these guys who are total pros. From set up through installation to clean up everything was great. And now after 15 years of heating my home with wood and cooling it with an ineffective”

“Billie with Advantage Home Performance was fantastic. I’ve had problems with my Lennox heater for several weeks. Goettl’s changed the flame sensor they didn’t fix the problem. They came back out and said the circuit board was bad so I called Advantage. Billie came out today and discovered it was the gas valve. He also guaranteed this fix would work or he’d replace the old valve and do some more investigation with no charge.”

“An excellent experience with Advantage Home Performance! Omar the sales rep did a very thorough inspection of my attic prior to suggesting improvements in both the insulation and HVAC ductwork. Day 1: Marcos and Francisco arrived on time to seal all the ductwork and remove an old swamp cooler trunk duct that greatly decreased my HVAC system efficiency. They sealed all accessible ductwork and removed every vent in the house to seal the gap between the drywall and the ductwork. Day 2: Francisco, Oscar, and Alvaro worked on the new blown cellulose insulation installation. They filled all the previously empty ductwork soffits with cellulose insulation. They added additional insulation to the original fiberglass batt insulation to upgrade my attic insulation to R49. The improvements were notice”
