Hector was professional, easy to work with, and really took the time to understand what we wanted. The quality of the work was excellent, and the final result turned out even better than we expected. Communication was clear, and everything was kept clean and organized. We’re very happy with our new bathroom and would definitely recommend Tough Builders—Hector and his team do fantastic work!”

“Needed our original master shower replaced, and hired Tough Builders after my MIL raved about their work on her kitchen. They went above and beyond with their work, including me in the process to ensure the finished work was exactly what I envisioned. When they reached an obstscle they explained the solutions and their recommendations to best move forward. I will absolutely be hiring them again for my next reno!”

“We had an excellent experience with Tough Builders replacing our front door, pediment, and pilasters. From the very beginning, Hector was in constant communication throughout the quoting process and while coordinating the purchase of our new door and materials. His responsiveness and professionalism made the entire process feel smooth and well organized. Our previous front door and millwork were severely rotted. The team removed all the sheathing around the front door to properly expose and address the wood rot and water damage, rather than cutting corners. Freddy and the crew on site were absolutely amazing. They took great care to protect our home while it was exposed to the elements, carefully taping and putting up plastic to limit dust and debris. “Tough Builders did a great job with the remodeling of this 1950's home and all the challenges that came with it. Impressively, the contracting team put all of the work into a CAD (Computer Aided Design) and we could visually make adjustments prior to work being completed. These guys work efficiently and effortlessly!”

“They brought life back to a tired old dock. They are very professional and perform outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. We were very pleased with the results!”

“I highly recommend Tough Builders! They have an amazing team with excellent communication from start to finish. They completely rebuilt my bathroom floor, and the quality of the work was outstanding—it was done to perfection. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They also put everything back together quickly and left everything looking great. The entire experience with the company exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Great job, Tough Builders!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my bathroom! The contractor completely transformed the space — it looks chic, modern, and truly luxurious. Every detail was handled with care, from the sleek tilework to the elegant fixtures and lighting. The team was professional, punctual, and communicative throughout the project. They stayed on schedule, respected my home, and delivered craftsmanship that exceeded expectations. I’ve received so many compliments on how stylish and high-end the bathroom looks now. Highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking to elevate their space — they turned my vision into a beautiful reality!”

“I have worked with Hector on multiple jobs now and not only do they always leave a beautiful result but they take pride in their work and their respect the homes they work in. As someone who works in construction I have worked with my crews and companies, and Tough Builders far exceeds my expectations every time. From clear communication, to noticing all the details, keeping a very clear job site, and respecting the homes to beautiful results I’m blown away every time. It’s so hard to find individuals who care anymore and you can tell through their work and communication they care and are passionate for what they do. I’ve never seen an unhappy customer and have always had glowing comments from every customer about how great the crews were from start to end. From small 1-2 day jobs to large”

“I went with Tough Builders after having terrible communication from another company. Hector was always on top of communication, and his crew did a great job. I'm sorry I didn't catch their names. Even when they found way more damage after they started the repair, they still handled everything quickly and professionally, and Hector came out immediately to give me an updated quote. I highly recommend them!”

“Hector and his team at Tough Builders are fantastic to work with. Hector is professional, responsive and dedicated to providing not only excellent customer interaction but quality work as well. We hired Tough to build a guest house on our existing property. Hector and his team did an excellent job of communicating with us about and during the process, establishing and meeting deadlines and producing quality workers and workmanship. We would recommend Hector and his team to anyone needing a builder for their project, whether that is a remodel or a full house build.”
