“At first, we were promised a quote by the end of the day that I initially contacted them and then finally got a quote 4 days later. I wasn't in a hurry and wanted to stick to a local, in-town company so it wasn't a big deal but was annoying. However, once the job was done, I noticed that our gate was broken in several corners and including some bottom brackets. The breaks to my fence are fresh. If it was already damaged there would’ve been rust in the breaks by now with all the rain, we’ve had this year. I would've understood if they would've let me know after the job was done that there were some issues with my gate but nothing was ever said. I've had several other companies work on my home since we've bought it and any issues that were encountered were properly notated and we were notified as soon as the job was over. i understand things happen but to be blatantly lied to is unacceptable, extremely unprofessional and unethical for what the owner claims is an upstanding business in the community for 30 years. Also, the owner mentioned that they are bonded and insured for up to 10 million dollars but nowhere on their website or Facebook page states this "fact". It seems to me that ”

“Mendez Lawn Service does beautiful, top-notch work. Additionally, they're just good guys! A recent storm downed a very large branch in my mother's driveway and she was struggling to clear it so she could get her car out. Dylan & Cole, who were working across the street, saw her struggling & came to her rescue. They loaded the branch & debris in their truck to haul off & then refused to take any payment from my mother for their work. My mother is so appreciative for their kindness & generousity & so am I!”

“In the years I have contracted with Mendez Lawn Service, the team executes their work with precision and professionalism. We have leaned on Dylan for his expertise and appreciate each measure he takes to ensure the work completed is done correctly and as consulted. Mendez Lawn Service is truly exceptional!”

“I hired Mendez Lawn Service a few months ago and I have been impressed with the work, not only mowing but all the other great offerings such as tree trimming, landscape and just about anything I ask of them.. Great service and good people..”

“I can't say what kind of work they do but I will say advertising signs with their name on them have been showing up in a yard of an apartment complex that they do not take care of. I know this because I am the one doing the work and throwing away the signs. It's ok to advertise the work you do but not ethical to claim someone else's work as yours.”

“Dependable, awesome work, and just dang good service! Friendly reminders and suggestions that will save you money! Definitely recommend.”
