“I had an excellent experience with LMP Roofing & Construction and I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends without reservation! I met with Juan, the owner, who walked me through the process by which he would replace my home's 24-year-old roof using skilled quality construction in order to provide lasting protection. He took the time to explain the process in detail and gave me tremendous confidence that he and his team would deliver as promised. Juan was extremely informative, communicative and offered me a highly competitive price estimate. My roof replacement was completed in a timely manner, and priced exactly as quoted. I am very happy with the quality of work and the roof shingle product installed, GAF Weathered Wood. It was an overall superb, seamless experience and my home's new roof looks great. “My roof was severely damaged by storms so much so that the wood under the shingles was damaged and needed replacing. Juan was quick and helpful with the process of replacing my roof and dealing with the insurance company. His professionalism is beyond a 5 star. I’d give them more if I could. His crew was incredibly fast and efficient with not only the demo but putting the new roof on. While taking the old roof off, they had a dumpster next to my house and threw all the old roofing materials in there and were very thorough with cleaning up any of the trash that had missed before they left. They truly were a step above on all fronts even After the job was completed Juan made an extra trip and provided me with drone footage of how nice our roof looked. I recommend a thousand percent if you need to replace your roof to call LMP.”
