“Everybody knows roofing is a tough business. You’ve got the flyby nighters the door knockers and the telemarkers calling all the time. Tom Caunitz is the guy you want doing your roof for any work around your house. And he’ll be around after the job to answer questions and follow up as opposed to some of the other companies that disappear after the work is done. It fully explains the process and has excellent Teams under him. I had rebuild my chimney repainted it and then repaint the rest of the entire house. Merlin came out to inspect our roof because we were concerned it might need repairs, but instead of trying to sell us something we didn’t need, he was straightforward and let us know that the roof itself was in good condition. What he did notice was that our attic ventilation could be improved. He explained that upgrading a few of the roof vents and adding additional soffit vents would help increase airflow through the attic. That lack of ventilation was contributing to our upstairs staying significantly hotter than the rest of the house and increasing our electric usage. He took the time to explain exactly what was happening, walked us through the different options, and clearly explained the costs associated with each one. There was never any pressure or upselling. “Blair Woodruff, my Project Mgr, provided service that went far above any service I've received in years. Most service providers give the basic information and become unreachable after that initial meeting. Not Blair!!!! She always answered my calls/texts or responded within minutes. I had a roof tune-up and 2 vents replaced. My roof is 6 years old and starting to show some "paling". By that I mean the color wasn't looking as clean and bright. The area gets many Thunderstorms, so a lot of rain has poured across that roof! Some of the Silicone sealant was looking dry and 2 vents were showing wear/chipped black paint. The actual service provider arrived on time and got right to work. Poor guy encountered a wasp nest in one of the vents. He went and got wasp spray, sprayed the nest and went right back to work. “Brian came out to replace a could of shingles that came off due to strong winds. While he was up there, he said that I had a lot of hail damage (im sure every roofer says that) but Brian showed me pictures and I was shocked. I filed a claim, it was denied. But Brian went to bat for me and convinced the State Farm adjuster that I needed a new roof, later that night, the claim was approved. He was very professional throughout the whole process. Gave me different options on color shingles and gutters. We went with a different color roof and gutters, now it looks like a brand new house to us. Highly recommended and you wont be disappointed.”

“First of all, I must say I am not a person that does reviews. But this is one I must give. My insurance company approved my roof to be replaced over a year ago. I had so many pushy roofing companies knocking on my door, many promising they could get around my deductible. “There is no better roofing company in the DFW metroplex. Juston provided top quality craftsmanship & service. His knowledge and expert crews were amazing. My roof was damaged by a hailstorm. Almost every home in my neighborhood had their roofs replaced. I had so many contractors come by and knock on my door offering to inspect my roof. I held out because I could see the quality of the many contractors working the neighborhood, and I wasn’t impressed. I called Juston at Roger The Roofer because I used him several years ago to patch my roof in places. His crew was extremely detailed.
