Sparkles

Sparkles SoftWash operates out of Colleyville, Texas, and handles gutter cleaning along with a full line of exterior work across the DFW area. Chris runs the crews and the company focuses on soft washing for roofs, siding, brick, vinyl, and Austin stone, plus power washing to pull oil and grease from driveways and garages. They also take on window cleaning, solar panel work, fence stain removal, and commercial jobs like inventory areas and business glass. The owner description lists biodegradable soaps and low-pressure methods that last longer than straight pressure washing, and the business lists service stops in Colleyville, Fort Worth, Keller, Southlake, and nearby towns.

Customers call when roofs carry years of tree grime, houses show heavy black algae, windows sit covered in old paint and sticky film, or driveways and patios need concrete cleaning. Chris and the team have spent full days on two-story window jobs, multiple trips back to treat stubborn spots on stone and brick, and careful fence work that removes mismatched stain before reapplying. Reviews mention solar panel cleaning for commercial clients, back patio and pergola restoration that took over four hours, and metal roof jobs that required several days of steady effort to clear buildup without damage. Outcomes include houses that look fresh again, windows that pass close inspection, and concrete that comes up clean after treatment.

Chris stays in touch from the first quote through final cleanup, meets homeowners on site to walk through each step, and keeps the schedule clear so the work does not drag. Crews show up on time, prep surfaces before starting, and return for warranty touches without extra prompting. Work covers both homes and businesses, with crews handling residential two-story jobs and commercial sites while keeping daily operations moving. Service stays inside the DFW Metroplex, and reviewers note solid rates plus a straightforward process that ends with everything put back in place.

Google shows a 5 from 42 reviews, with repeated notes on punctuality, attention to detail, and follow-through on tough surfaces. The same themes appear across roof, window, driveway, and solar jobs, where crews finish long days and still check back on spots. DIRT Score 4.7 from reviews on Finds.

“Chris & team did a great job on our standing seam metal roof! The roof had several years of tree grim on it & they took several days of back breaking, dangerous work to get it off. Hopefully Chris can come back on a more regular maintenence schedule in the future!”

“Chris from Sparkles washed my windows and cleaned my back patio and pergola area. He spent over 4 hours doing a thorough, professional job. I attached two pictures of the back patio before and after. The whole process was easy. Chris met me for a free quote and provided a detailed, step by step guide on how he’d complete the job. My family was extremely happy with the finished job. We plan to have Sparkles come routinely for the foreseeable future.”

“Chris was awesome! He was very responsive and did exactly what he said he was going to do. In fact, he came back a few weeks later and noticed some spots that did not come clean and scheduled a warranty call without me having to ask him. It was a great experience!”

“Strong attention to detail. Ensured we were completely satisfied prior to leaving. Chris is consummate professional who takes great pride in his work and customer satisfaction!”

“As this is being written Chris is finishing up almost a full day softwashing my house's brick and vinyl. Also multiple inside windows plus 32 exterier windows on a two story house. Throw in the driveway and sidewalk to the front entrance and thats pushing 7 plus hours. I very impressed with Chris and his company and will be using them again in the spring. Great job and glad they are based in Colleyville Tx”

“Chris was outstanding to work with. He’s professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and overall did an amazing job. We had very severe black algae all over our Austin stone house and it’s all completely gone after the Softwash treatment! Chris even scheduled a follow up about a week later to touch up stubborn spots without my having to request this. Very impressed by the pride he takes in his work and will absolutely be working with him again in the future!”

“Great work, fast response, and excellent customer service. We recently had Sparkles Softwash clean the windows of our business, (Marshall Grain in Colleyville). We only recently moved into the location, which had been vacant and unmaintained for over a decade and the windows had many years of grime and old paint built up on them. One door had been covered with an opaque film that left a sticky residue behind. Even though we had cleaned them ourselves, they still looked dirty. Chris came out and, in just a few hours, literally made our windows and glass doors sparkle! He was fast and efficient as well as thorough. We're very pleased with the job he did. Thank you, Chris!”

“Chris and his team are wonderful. Respectful and efficient. I would recommend them every time.”

“My fence had 3 different shades of stain so Chris soft washed and got all the old stain off and then stained it! It's wonderful! Didn't realize how much of a difference it would make!”

“What a blessing Chris and his entire team are to my company. We've always been challenged with keeping our inventory clean and presentable to the public. Chris listened to our needs and designed a very effective plan to help us keep our inventory clean while not interfering with our daily operations. Whether for residential or commercial use, I would recommend you call Sparkles Soft Wash and see what plan they would develop for your home or business. Great people and and great results.”

“sparkles did a fabulous job. Chris was excellent at communicating the schedule and process. I thought they had not put screens back on when they were done because the windows and screens were so clean. We will use them again for sure!”

“Very good experience working with Chris of Sparkles Soft Wash. 1) At the front end, he did a thorough job explaining the planned service and answering a variety of questions; 2) On the service date, he was punctual, very thorough and demonstrated extreme care starting with prep, performing the "soft wash," and final cleanup; and 3) The final results are as promised, and I will use Sparkles Soft Wash again.”
