SkyWaters Power Wash and Window Cleaning

SkyWaters Power Wash and Window Cleaning handles gutter work along with power washing and window cleaning out of Converse, Texas. JC, also called Juan Carlos, runs the jobs with help from Carlos and Liz. The crew takes on house washes, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, patio and fence work, solar panel cleaning, screen washing, and gutter clearing. They also handle staining on fences and patios plus touch-up exterior paint when needed. Website details show they focus on commercial storefront glass and recurring plans for property managers in the San Antonio area.

Customers call them for driveways and sidewalks covered in heavy buildup that need full restoration. One job left a garage looking refreshed after a careful power wash. Homeowners report windows that stayed cloudy from nearby quarry dust coming out crystal clear, with screens put back in place. Others mention solar panels cleaned during the same visit, older never-cleaned windows on historic homes turning spotless, and last-minute house washes plus patio work finished after hours for a wedding. Gutter cleaning shows up in bigger projects that also covered entire exteriors and fences.

The crew confirms appointments ahead of time and shows up on schedule. They bring their own equipment and water, work efficiently in teams, and keep homeowners updated while on site. Pricing comes in lower than several quotes from other companies, and they handle both residential and commercial spots around San Antonio. Reviewers note they stay polite, explain the steps, and fix any small misses without extra prompting. Jobs often finish the same day even on tight timelines.

Google shows a 4.9 from 37 reviews with steady praise for punctual arrivals, solid results on concrete and glass, and fair rates. Recurring notes cover thorough work on multiple surfaces at once and willingness to add small extras. DIRT Score 4.4 from reviews on Finds.

“Great service! The garage got a refreshed look after it was professionally power washed. They are detailed oriented and experts in this business.”

“Response to owner: If that's the case why is a picture of my house on your Facebook page??? You would say that to cover your tracks. You lie so much had me booked three times just to never show up. You will straight lie to your customers face, dealing with you is like dealing with a kid whose hand has been in the cookie jar. This guy is terrible make note he does not do good work and I've multiple reviews elsewhere at their unprofessionalism. This guy managed to strip the paint off my house and lied about completing certain sections of walkways. Make no misty this guy will lie straight to your face. They need verify the reviews below because this not trustworthy business.”

“We had a great experience using Skywaters power wash and window cleaning. Very professional, brought all their own equipment and water. Windows looked great when completed, there were a few missed spots but that seems normal. They even cleaned our solar panels! Will definitely be using them again!”

“This team did a great job with my driveway, patio, and sidewalks. They were on-time, polite, and tag teamed the work in a very efficient way. Even with our concrete that had considerable build-up, they were able to make it look fantastic! I have zero complaints and will plan to use them again in the future. Excellent service and results!”

“I highly recommend Skywaters! My family has an older home with a lot of older dirty windows. After calling several companies for quotes, Skywaters was the most reasonable in price and provided the best service. Our windows are older and had never been cleaned before. They showed up on time and made our windows look perfect! We will definitely use them again.”

“JC came out to do power washing on my driveway, sidewalk and back patio. He was very punctual, confirming our appointment by calling prior to the appointment. He worked very hard, making sure I was pleased with the results. I thought he did an outstanding job, I had him clean my windows as well! JC was very courteous, respectful, professional and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Skywaters and would definitely call him again. I haven't seen my driveway looking this great in years!”

“Good customer service is hard to find nowadays. When you find great service it's important to share with everyone! JC and his team did an AMAZING job with completing all of the projects at our home. They were able to power wash our house, driveway, two patio areas, outdoor fence, wash our home windows, clean our gutters, stain our fence, stain two of our patio areas, and touch up on some exterior paint on our house. What an amazing transformation! Our home looks like a brand new home. Very pleased! They definitely went above and beyond and by far exceeded our expectations. They provided us with good feedback, kept us informed during the whole process, and were very transparent about supply and labor costs. Overall, the work was very efficient and thorough. We will be using JC in the future for any of our household needs whether big or small. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND SERVICE! Well done!”

“Awesome Window Washer!!! Very Reasonable! Walked us through what would be done. We live near a rock quarry, so our windows get really cloudy white. JC cleaned our windows to a crisp crystal clear view. Cleaned our window screens too!! Great work done in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend this company. Posted the company card and pics of windows before and after to the 3 FACEBOOK neighborhood sites for my subdivision. People are already posting that they are going to call. They offer other services too. Act fast...I was luck to get a spot on their schedule, because someone canceled. 👍🏼💯”

“I felt the need to post this review because I am so grateful for the work Skywaters provided. I had a bride that had a very last minute wedding at her home (5 day notice) which is beautiful but needed a serious house wash and patio cleaning. We called Skywaters and immediately I knew we were getting great service as soon as they answered the phone. They were completely booked but they came after hours and got the job done! Let’s say that my bride’s home went from rust to completely white. The patio was shining and my bride was happy. We will definitely use this company again. Thank you JC and Liz for keeping my bride happy and stress-free!”

“The group The group lead by Carlos did a fantastic job to pressure wash drive, wash siding, and wash windows. Everything they did was explained satisfactorily to me. The price and quality of work was great. I would use them again.”

“Skywaters is amazing; more like a restorative service, making windows, fence, driveway and the exterior of a home like new. The staff is polite and precise, just be specific when requesting work as their pricing is competitive! Great work guys, thank you!”

“JC arrived on time at our real estate listing to clean a couple of windows to make the listing really pop! We were in the middle of taking photographs for the property, and JC worked around us and worked with us to duck away for shots from the photographer. He was professional, on time, and did great work! Thank you, JC! And, thank you Skywaters!”

“Excellent service; thorough, professional, and timely. Exceeded my expectations by doing superior work at the right price. Did extra service without being asked. He even mowed my yard. Would highly recommend and plan to use them again.”

“If you're considering window cleaning or pressure washing anything, call JC at SkyWaters, they have done a great job for us at a very reasonable price. After they cleaned our windows at our commercial office building, we decided to have them come back to pressure wash our sidewalks, and during that process, some of the windows got mist on them. After doing a fantastic job at the pressure washing, JC took it upon himself to re-clean some of the windows that were effected by the pressure washing. What a great professional job. He's always on-time and does what he says he will do and then some. I highly recommend SkyWaters for any pressure washing or window cleaning you may need.”

“Skywaters very professional they did an awesome job on my windows and my driveway, I didn't realize how dirty my windows were until they were cleaned. I would definitely use them again.”
