Creative Gutter

Creative Gutter takes on gutter jobs across Dallas. The company has operated since 1984 and handles new installs, repairs on existing lines, gutter guard additions, leaf screens, downspout work, and rain barrel setups. Chuck and Matt handle most estimates and customer talks while crews led by names like Juan carry out the actual work on site.

Homeowners call them for fixes on leaking sections that prior crews left unfinished, full replacements that match paint colors on older homes, and new systems that stop runoff from flooding yards. Crews also clean out debris, add guards to keep leaves out, and adjust downspouts so water flows away from foundations. Jobs finish with the lines looking straight and tight, and customers note the setups hold up during heavy rain without drips or overflows.

They answer calls the same day, send quotes within hours, and book crews within a week of approval. Pricing comes in fair with no push for extras, communication stays clear on timing, and teams arrive when promised, work straight through until done, then haul away all scraps. Service stays limited to the Dallas area with crews that keep sites tidy and respect the property during the job.

“I never give a review without stating that it is based solely on my personal experience, return on my investment, quality, commitment & customer service from the company I hired. My review is unbiased and unfiltered. Creative Gutters is a 5 star organization. They surpassed my expectations on customer service, quality, timing , experience, pricing, ethics, and follow up. I hired this company to do repairs that I paid for, but were not done by a previous company just a few months ago. They created a completely seated repair & replacement of my gutters in areas that I thought couldn’t be fixed and that now look amazing! Their work is so professional- one would never guess that such a serious repair intervention was needed. Chuck and Matt know how to deliver .. They understand your needs- small or large & are focused on the long term development of personal & professional relationships that create and amplify their company value in the DFW Metro community. They are honest - professional- priced fairly and genuinely care about building & expanding their business to be a sustainable endeavor that people can count on. “I never thought I’d become the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about gutters, but here we are. These guys did SUCH an amazing job on our house. The gutters look fantastic, the installation was clean and professional, and now I catch myself looking outside during rainstorms admiring them! And let me just say, upgrading to the larger size gutters was 100% worth it. They also helped me incorporate rain barrels into the setup, which means I can water my plants without donating my entire paycheck to water bills. That alone deserves 5 stars. Nothing says “I’ve reached adulthood” quite like being thrilled about proper drainage, and harvested rainwater. Seriously though, great communication, great workmanship, great pricing, and overall an awesome experience. Highly recommend!!”

“Chuck and the team at Creative Gutter did a fantastic job installing our gutter guards! From start to finish, the entire process was easy. The communication was excellent, pricing was very fair, and scheduling was quick and convenient. The technician arrived right on time, was professional and courteous, and completed the installation quickly while doing a great job. Everything went smoothly, and we’re very happy with the results. I highly recommend Chuck and Creative Gutter to anyone looking for quality gutter work at a fair price. Great service and a great experience!”

“I should have posted this review the day of my install because this company did such an incredible job. I obtained multiple estimates as I was new to the topic of gutters, and Chuck/Creative Gutter was a standout in all areas: Chuck is obviously a pro and doesn't waste your time, and at the same time listens to any issues/questions you have and offers lots of support and references if needed. The price was fair/great, the process very quick and efficient, and the results were so impressive. We couldn't have been happier from start to finish. I recommend this company 100% if you need quality gutters and a most pleasant experience.”

“I had a section of gutter being repaired. Creative Gutter was quick to quote and schedule the repair. Communication was excellent, the tech was friendly, and the repair completed efficiently. It rained over 2" yesterday and there was barely a drip. I will use them again!”

“Creative Gutter installed brand new gutters. I know gutters conceptually are simple, but I still had a lot of questions and they were so patient and understanding. Not only did they do a fantastic job they came back out to help me install a rain chain for cosmetic purposes. I offered to pay more, but the owner said they just wanted me to be a happy customer. I love that. Awesome company.”

“Great Service! Mr. Chuck immediately respond to my call, came to our home and evaluated the problem, and provided a fair quote with options within hours. The actual work started just as promptly and Mr. Juan wrapped up everything in just four hours.”

“Creative Gutter just installed our new bronze gutters, downspouts, and screens. They did an outstanding job from top to bottom. Chuck came out for the free estimate, and was extremely professional. There were no high pressure sales tactics and not a single attempt to up-sale (unlike another company that came out). Chuck explained the pros and cons between the different sizes of gutters and answered all my questions. Installation took just a few hours and the gutters look amazing. I HIGHLY recommend using this company over some of the other competitors. Great price too!! Thank you Chuck and Creative Gutter for an honest and professional install!”

“It is my privilege to share this review to recommend Creative Gutter. This company has been the best company to work with. They are timely, provide excellent quality work and have great prices. They will come back out if you have any questions and they come right away. The gutters matched my paint perfectly and made the house look even prettier. Creative Gutter is the company I recommend to all my neighbors.”

“"Creative" Gutter Company was a pleasant experience all the way around. Their estimate, and work performed went off as scheduled, and was completed with no surprises. CGC are professional, efficient, fairly priced, insured and customer service oriented. From Chuck the manager, through the crew, they know gutters. Save yourself the trouble of a hit and miss handyman. I highly recommend them. Keith T. in Dallas”

“Chuck was great to work with. Very reasonable pricing and higher quality than all of their competitors (the national brands will try to rip you off). Creative Gutters is the way to go - highly recommend!”

“Chuck came out promptly to estimate gutter replacement and put a crew on the job the same week I approved his bid. His crew was on time, did excellent work and clean up all construction debris.”

“"Creative Gutter" is a good name for this company. As part of a roof replacement, we got all-new gutters for our home. Matt and the team at CG were amazing. Not only were they flexible on timing, they walked the property with me and found opportunities to improve water management around our house so that our backyard floods less in the future. The work was completed quickly and with minimal mess--both removal and installation. Best of all, the price was very competitive! Have already recommended them, even though installation was completed today, and we'll definitely use them again in the future.”

“Creative Gutter installed our new gutters after roof shingle replacement, coordinated with our roofer well, and did a great job on the replacement and installing leaf guards. Additionally, they returned for a quick adjustment on my rain barrel downspout. They were professional and provided quality and efficient service.”

“The crew at Creative Gutter did a great job. They were on time for their estimate, quoted us a good price, followed up to see if we were ready to schedule the work, and then got the work done quickly! I will definitely recommend them to others in Dallas.”

“Matt and Chuck did a great job. Our house previously did not have any gutters. During storms, water would come splashing down our roof, making leaving/coming home a wet mess. We no longer have that problem anymore thanks to Creative Gutters. They were friendly, helpful and fast. Quality of product and installation are top notch. If you are in Dallas, these guys are a must!”

“WOW!!!! These guys are top notch, fair, and do an excellent job. They made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. They are pros, don't settle for anything less than the best. I highly recommend. The gutters look amazing.”
