She professionally and patiently answered all of our questions and explained the products and suggested the designs that would be best for our house. She explained the difference between HomeCraft gutterguards and other gutter protecting products available on the market. We decided that HomeCraft gutters and gutterguards were the best solution for our home. Installation was scheduled for and completed today. The installation crew arrived within the time window provided. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves, no mess left behind. The work was done in a timely manner.”

“We were so excited to have our gutters put up. We were told at the consultation the crew would check and fix the existing gutters that were not flush. After the installation we noticed the existing gutters weren’t touched. We sent pictures via email and called explaining what was promised to us as part of the service. We were told it would cost us a service charge to have them come back out… to do what they said they would do originally. That didn’t seem right. If they did check it then there needs an explanation or a report of their finding as to why it appears to remain the same. We are disappointed in the customer service.”

“We had them come out to install gutters, gutter guards & a rain barrel on our brand new house. They installation process has been nothing but a head ache and still is not completed 3 weeks after the initial installation. We were not notified of the install time. They called and said they would possibly be out one day but would call the day before to confirm. The day before comes and goes with no call so we called them and they said they would have to call us back. The next day the install crew showed up @ our house with us not here for the install. We had to cancel our plans to come home for the installation. The crew did not have our rain barrel when they did the initial install. We called our sales rep Damon and did not hear back from him until we made several attempts to contact him. Someone showed up @ my house today (almost 3 weeks after install) with my rain barrel. He said there was no installation to do. I would love to know how my rain barrel is suppose to work without it being attached to the gutter. I haven't been able to get in touch with our sales rep or the service desk to get this rectified. I will not recommend this company to anyone due to lack of accountability an”

“I do not recommend. I had a few different companies come out to provide a quote for gutters on my new home. The other companies were straight forward, caring, and offered very reasonable prices with no tactics and no pressure, and provided the basic free quote I requested… HomeCraft did not. I received a high pressure sales tactic along with extremely high prices. The sales rep called his manager in front of me and offered me a still excessively high price that was only available while he was there…… If he left, the offer was off the table. Big NO for me! I just asked for a quote. And this was after I explained that I was going to gather each companies quote first, in order to make the best & most informed decision for my home (which is completely normal to do). This was just as bad as a car salesman and the “limited time offer” to “help me out” just pushed me further away. I did not let this company pressure me. I gathered my 3-5 quotes from different companies and ultimately chose a competitor with better customer service and a high quality product for a fraction of the price. “I am going to have gutters installed. Along with partial soffit and facial board repairs. Cassandra was most helpful on explaining the process. She spent time helping with financing options. Cassandra made sure I understood everything before moving on to another subject. I am a senior and she has great patience. Cassandra stayed for as long as was needed for my understanding.
