Hester Roofing & Gutters Inc

Hester Roofing & Gutters Inc operates from DeSoto, Texas, at 124 Cloudcrest Dr. They handle gutter cleaning, repair, installation of seamless gutters and guard systems. The company also covers roof repair, re-roofing, maintenance programs and complete roof overhauls. Their Google profile lists them under roofing contractor with an added gutter cleaning service category.

Customers call them for gutter fixes that turn out to be roof problems instead. Alan listened to one homeowner describe water issues, checked the property and explained the gutter system was not at fault, leaving without any charge. The same worker came out on a Saturday before Christmas to replace blown shingles, secure raised flashings and glue loose ones after high winds. Jason, Chad and Everett completed jobs that left the work area organized. Crews answer questions on site and keep things clean during the process.

They show up quickly when reached, including on weekends. Workers explain steps and stay in touch about what needs doing. One person left messages without a return call. The focus stays on getting roofs watertight fast so homes avoid further damage. Service stays local to the area around their address.

Reviews total several five-star notes that highlight professional results and clean finishes. A single one-star entry mentions missed callbacks. The Google rating sits at 4.3.

“I'm going to tell you I will recommend this company to many people going forward. I needed gutter repair or so I thought. When Alan came he asked me to go over the issues I was having. After listening to me (KUDOS FOR THIS QUALITY!) he looked through my property and told me the problem was not the gutter system at all. No he did not make any money from this job but he sure has gained my respect! Thank you Alan!”

“I called Hester roofing at 1pm the Friday before Christmas, hoping they could help me do a quick repair of some shingles that had blown off my roof due to high winds that day. Not only did Alan take time out of his weekend to come fix the roof on a Saturday, but he also fixed the flashings that had come up, and glued down all the loose shingles he saw. Alan and Hester roofing went above and beyond to make sure my roof was water tight before the holidays. Professional, communicative and willing to get the job done even on a holiday weekend, made it a great experience to work with them and I will be using Hester roofing for any future repairs.”
