Window Cleaner Pros

Window Cleaner Pros operates in Farmers Branch, Texas, with Jeremy leading the crew on gutter cleaning along with window work and screen repairs. The business takes on jobs that include clearing out gutters, washing windows inside and outside, handling solar tube skylights, and fixing screens that no longer fit right. Crew members such as Mike and Leslie join Jeremy on site to complete these tasks for homeowners in the area.

Customers describe windows left untouched for four or five years coming out free of built-up grime, paint overspray, and hard water stains that regular efforts could not touch. One job involved a solar tube skylight that the homeowner did not know how to reach, while another covered screens that needed repeated adjustments after an initial repair attempt. Gutter cleaning came with basic tips on keeping them clear, and several projects finished with windows and screens looking clear enough to brighten the whole house.

Work starts fast once contact is made, often with same-day or next-day arrival even when other outfits could not fit the schedule. Jeremy gives quotes right away, crews show up on time, stay efficient, and keep the site clean during the job. Pricing stays reasonable according to those who used the service, and the team covers North Texas with a focus on getting the agreed work done without extra delays.

The business carries a Google rating of 5 from 145 reviews, where people keep mentioning the thorough results and quick scheduling. Common notes cover the professional manner on site and the way crews handle extra detail when a job turns out bigger than first expected. DIRT Score 4.9 from 145 reviews on Finds.

“I highly recommend Jeremy and his crew. They did a fantastic job on the windows and even cleaned out a solar tube skylight. We were not sure how to clean it but he got it done no problem. Thank you Jeremy!”

“Jeremy and Mike did an excellent job on windows that had not been cleaned in 4 years. They took off layers of grime and even paint over spray from a recent exterior paint job. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.”

“I happened to call Window Cleaner Pros and immediately knew I had made the right choice. Jeremy provided me with an excellent quote, and what's more impressive, they were able to come out the same day! Leslie arrived and cleaned our windows with meticulous detail and care. AMAZING service and customer care!!!”

“Jeremy and his crew did a great job. The job required more attention to detail than they initially contemplated, and they got us on their schedule quickly and completed all that they agreed to do. Our windows turned out great and it was a fair price. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.”

“Window cleaning was good but they offered to repair a broken screen we had for a fee. When we got it back it was bent and no longer fit the window. After several attempts to fix it (the representative would take the screen and bring it back a few days later) they never got it right. After many attempts via phone, text and email inquiring about a new screen, not one person has responded to rectify the situation. Very poor customer service.”

“Jeremy and his team did an outstanding job cleaning the windows for my house! It’s been 5 years since I cleaned my windows and Jeremy promised that he would do an excellent job and he delivered. He was very responsive, caring, passionate and I gotta give him the credit he deserves. It’s always most important that the work is superb but to have someone passionate about their job is a +! Great work Jeremy and will use you going forward.”

“We had been waiting for several weeks to have Jeremy out to clean our windows. With the crazy amounts of rainfall we were having in North Texas, I didn't think we would ever get to have our windows taken care of. Well, it was definitely worth the wait! Jeremy did a great job and I cannot believe how amazing our windows and screens look. Our house seems so much brighter! I highly recommend Window Cleaner Pros and we will definitely be using him again in the future.”

“Jeremy Pummell gave us next day service the Saturday before Easter. He arrived promptly at 9 am and cleaned the outside of our 17 windows that had been neglected at least 5 years. The windows were sparkling clean in about an hour! I was so impressed! And his price was extremely fair - lower than I expected. I highly recommend Jeremy - polite, punctual, meticulous, with fair pricing.”
