Window Wizards

Window Wizards runs as a family-owned operation out of Garland, Texas since 1992. They handle gutter cleaning along with window cleaning, pressure washing on decks, driveways, and building exteriors, plus related exterior maintenance for both homes and commercial properties across the Dallas-Fort Worth area from their address on Merritt Drive.

Customers describe jobs that include clearing gutters on two-story homes, restoring windows to a spotless condition, power washing cement surfaces after storms, installing a sliding glass door, and cleaning chandeliers that had gone untouched for years. Johnny draws repeated praise for careful work that leaves views unobstructed, while Kyler handled a tricky door installation that impressed both the homeowner and the trim contractor on site.

Reviewers note crews that show up on time, call ahead with arrival updates, finish tasks without delays, and keep prices competitive with easy scheduling options. The company covers residential and commercial sites throughout the DFW region and maintains consistent habits around punctuality, use of proper equipment, and leaving properties in the same condition they found them.

Multiple five-star reviews point to recurring strengths in efficiency, politeness, thoroughness on large window sets, and overall reliability for repeat service calls.

“Johnny is the best! Definitely request him! He is more of an artist than a window cleaner. He can do just about anything and get amazing results. He cleans my windows so well that I can't see them afterwards, only the outside. Glorious views all around after. I make sure to get him in to clean my windows 2-3 times a year and it is kind of everything. Thank you so much!”

The technician, Johnny, arrived on time and called to let me know when he was on his way. My Windows now look fantastic after he thoroughly cleaned them and Johnny did an exceptional job cleaning our Chandelier, making it really shine again! “For anyone needing window washing and/or power washing of cement surfaces, particularly after the recent tornado, I would like to recommend the "Window Wizard" entity. We live in a contemporary house with massive windows. We hired Window Wizards to perform all this work for us and they did a superb job. The employees performing the work were prompt and efficient in our project covering several days. They were neat in their appearance, polite , on time, and efficient. We had major concerns as hour home has huge and expensive windows which we did not want to be scratched, and thus were very careful in our selection. We are exceedingly pleased with Window Wizards.”

“We've used Window Wizards for the past few years and highly recommend the company! We have them clean out our gutters, power wash around our pool (we have a lot of nut trees around it), and clean our windows inside and out. They are fairly priced, efficient and all the cleaners are friendly and polite. I just had the team out this week and they did a fantastic job!”
