Window Genie of Killeen

Window Genie of Killeen handles gutter cleaning along with window cleaning, pressure washing, window tint and film installation, solar panel cleaning, and dryer vent work in the Georgetown area. The business involves an owner who joins crews on jobs, a manager named Matt, and team members such as Eric, Nick, Brandon, and Rene. Customers book for full property cleanups that include inside and outside windows plus screens, gutter clearing, house exterior washing, driveway and walkway surface cleaning, and safety film on doors. They also handle commercial tint jobs and holiday light setups.

Homeowners call them when windows have hard water spots or look dirty after years without cleaning, when gutters need clearing before sale, or when Texas heat drives up cooling costs and film is wanted to block it. One customer had 38 solar panels cleaned but found the result poor after only 45 minutes on site. Others report crews walking roofs to check dryer vents and skipping unnecessary gutter work, removing hard water marks from dozens of windows in a few hours, or installing film that still lets in light while cutting heat. Several used the service multiple times for weddings, property sales, or quarterly window care and noted crews identified failed window seals during visits.

Crews confirm appointments by phone the day before and again on the morning of the job, arrive on time, work methodically without rushing details, and clean up after themselves. Reviewers describe the pricing as fair with a neighbor discount available, note honest adjustments to bills when work is not needed, and say the teams stay courteous and respectful inside homes. The business covers both residential and some commercial properties with the same crews handling multiple services in one visit.

Google shows a 4.9 rating from 70 reviews. Common points include crews that stay thorough and professional, clear communication from office staff through the owner, and visible improvements to window clarity, house appearance, and curb appeal after power washing or film work.

“Window Genie has been cleaning our windows for years. They come once or twice a year. We have had two weddings at our house and clean windows make a difference. They came on time. They were friendly and thorough. The owner came out last week with the guys. He was meticulous. Price is on point and we get a Neighborly discount . I recommend Window Genie for all types of window cleaning.”

“They were very professional, on time, and thorough. I had 30+ windows cleaned and was really impressed with the quality. They were also helpful in identifying windows with failed seals which needed fixing/replacing. I signed up to get my windows cleaned quarterly from them.”

“Great job from quote to installation! Recommended Professional! Hired Window Genie of Killeen to install home window tint on our windows. “I have used Window Genie twice now to help ready my home for sale. They have cleared the gutters, power washed the house, and washed the windows - inside and out. I had them back to power wash the walkway and driveway. They did a great job. Their work made a big difference in how the property looks. Thanks Window Genie.”

“Eric and his team are awesome!! They are professional, courteous and affordable!! I am beyond impressed with the results of my surface cleaning of my driveway and sidewalks and of the pressure cleaning of my house eves. Thanks guys for giving my house a much needed rejuvenated curb appeal!”

“I am trying to mend my ways, and scheduled an October cleaning of the windows, gutters, and dryer vent. [I don't like to kill humans in the Texas heat, so October is my "fix-it" month.] ** Brandon of Window Genie of Killeen, walked the roof to get to the top of the dryer vent to make sure it was not occluded. While he was up there, he determined the gutters were clear, all the way around the house and therefore, did not need to be cleaned, and took that off the bill (saving me $$). I always, always appreciate honesty. Brandon did a great job on the windows. I can see light, once again. I'm putting this on my annual list! LOL. I hadn't cleaned the outside of the windows in five years. They were bad! ** I particularly appreciated that Brandon cleaned the dryer vent carefully, in a way that would not damage the venting that is in the wall. He was on time, professional, and thorough. Eric, a veteran, owns this particular Window Genie, and he takes his business very seriously, and has pride in the work his company does. It shows. This is the third time I have used Window Genie of Killeen; their service has been consistently excellent. I am happy to recommend them. I think y”

“From the first phone call to the finished job, I couldn’t be more pleased. I had safety window film installed on my French doors. Eric and Nick were so courteous and very professional. They were on time for my appointment and checked with me the day before to confirm. The receptionist was so friendly and answered all my questions. You will not be disappointed with the service you receive from this company. They cleaned up everything and were very respectful of our home. They have so many services for your home and auto needs. Forget the rest, just hire the best!! Thanks guys 🏡”

“I've hired Eric and his team not only to clean our windows, but also to install window film to our windows. With our Texas summers, you know how high AC bills can be! The film kept the heat out, but still allowed us to see outside. Nice savings on the electric bill. Eric and his crew are very professional and work diligently to get the job done! Highly recommend Window Genie of Killeen!”

“Just bought a new house with 34 windows that had terrible hard water spots. Eric and his crew came out and spent the better part of the morning knocking the job out. Their professionalism and hard work was top notch and they got done way quicker than the estimated time. The windows look amazing and makes the house really seem like new now. Thanks guys your hard work! I would totally recommend Eric and his crew! Not to mention that not only do they do a great job they give back to their community and support Fisher House!!”

“Great family and Veteran owned business! Nick and his team are knowledgeable, professional and have superior customer service! I highly recommend their services for anyone who needs window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, concrete surface cleaning, or holiday lights!”

“Professional window cleaning at a much better cost. Be honest about how often you clean your windows and give Eric a call for a free quote. You very well might decide it's easier to pay for his service than to do it yourself. He can also take care of any window tinting or filming you want done. While you have him there, he can complete your pressure washing needs and clean out your gutters. He is business mannered and fun to work with and on top of all that he's a veteran as well.”

“From first call to completion of the install I received nothing but great customer service from the owner, office manager, and Nick and Rene who did the legwork. They went above and beyond to service my commercial needs at Take 5 oil change. When I do my residential windows they will be the ones I go to. If you are using anyone other than them to get your tint services done you are missing out on getting quality in this area. Thanks to everyone here for such a delightful and timely service y'all are the best.”
