HTX Power Washing

HTX Power Washing runs gutter cleaning and exterior washing work out of Houston. Juan owns the operation and Andres leads the crew on most jobs with help from Darrick and Derek. They handle soft washing on siding and roofs, concrete pressure washing on driveways and walks, window cleaning inside and out, plus rust and mineral stain removal on fences and other surfaces. The crew stays fully insured and works both homes and commercial buildings across the Houston area.

Customers call them for full house soft washes that clear mildew and algae, driveway and sidewalk cleaning that removes years of grime, roof and gutter jobs that restore appearance without damage, and window work on two-story homes. Reviews mention fences that looked worn and discolored getting cleaned back to a natural wood tone, pool decks and porches refreshed in one visit, and screens or outlets handled with care so nothing gets broken. Andres and his team often finish spots like hornet nests or extra dirty windows after the main work is done.

They show up on time after sending arrival notices, answer questions during walk-throughs, and keep customers updated by text or phone when weather forces a change. Pricing comes out transparent with bundle options, and they have adjusted charges down when gutters held less debris than expected. The Houston crew works efficiently, covers outlets, protects landscaping, and finishes jobs the same day in most cases.

“We had our house soft pressured washed, exterior windows, porch/deck, pool area, and driveway all power washed. HTX did a fantastic job! From start to finish it was a great experience. Easy communication and transparent about cost. We really enjoyed the different bundles they priced out. 10/10 would recommend and will use them again in the future.”

“I had a great experience with HTX Power Washing! The team was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. They were thorough, paid attention to detail, and left everything looking clean and refreshed. I’m very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them!”

“I am really blown away by the kindness and fantastic service of HTX, starting with Juan the owner and the phenomenal crew run by Andres. We purchased a home wash and an exterior window clean and we will absolutely be annual customers. Not only do they offer the most seamless quoting and booking process, but they hold themselves to a very high standard. Don’t hesitate to book with them - you are in excellent hands. Thank you all!”

“Excellent! Juan was easy to contact and very knowledgeable about his craft. Andres and Darrick were awesome, professional, and very helpful! I had some trouble removing several of my screens and Andres jumped right in to help. Very happy with the work done too! My home’s exterior is sparkling. Thank y’all!”

“I have been looking for a great, professional and consistent pressure washing company to service my home and HTX Power Washing has exceeded my expectations! I have been on the hunt for someone and have found that HTX Power Washing is the best. They really do take their time in servicing the areas you want done and I really appreciate their hard work!”

“Andres and his team did a GREAT job soft washing the roof, washing the house, and exterior windows. The overall pkg price I feel was quite reasonable! Communication prior to the work was great, showed up on time, they worked quickly & efficiently, professional. I would recommend using them again!”

“This is a business truly stands behind their quality, it didn't come out perfect the first time, but they remediate the issues right away. Their response says a lot more about their integrity and customer service, we all know there're a lot of businesses out there will just ghost you when problems arise. Not this one, they are tested, honest, and determined to deliver the best results.”

“I highly recommend HTX PowerWashing - Their communication is excellent and their work is high quality. They kept me informed every step of the way. I was originally scheduled for service on 6/19, but due to weather and other circumstances, they needed to reschedule. They notified me early in the day, which saved me from waiting around. I told them I wouldn’t be available again until July, but on 6/22, I happened to leave work early and saw them working on another home in my neighborhood. After speaking with them, they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They did an outstanding job soft washing my house, it looks brand new!”

“Arrived on time; excellent crew that worked efficiently and took great care to cover outside outlets. Concrete driveway and front walk were done without any damage to the concrete. I highly recommend this company.”

“Very easy to deal with from start to finish. Most parts of this process is automated from getting a quote to the reminder texts before the tech arrives, but when you need to speak to someone a real person is always available to communicate through text or phone call. They did a good job overall on the cleaning, but what I really appreciated about the staff is that they discounted my gutter cleaning service due to the low amount of debris in our gutters. They could have easily kept the original price that we had agreed upon, so their honesty really caught my attention. Thank you, HTX Power Washing team!!”

“2/man crew showed up on time, and even sent a notice when they were on the way. We did a walk around and they knew which questions to ask and listened to my feedback. The house, driveway, sidewalks and exterior windows look great. And we did a walk around after and they finished one spot (a hornets nest at the top of the house) that they caught on the walk through. I’d use them again and would recommend them.”

“The three person team was able to show up earlier than expected. The lead person was very professional and described in detail the work they would perform. They went above and beyond to clear the ceilings of my patios and around the garage door. I will be using them again and would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“HTX did an excellent job washing my fascia, gutters and windows. The guys were efficient and job was completed without any issues. My house has Jellyfish lighting and there was no problem with the lights. I would definitely using HTX in the future”

“We had our wooden fence professionally pressure washed after years of dirt and discoloration. The difference was noticeable immediately once the cleaning was finished. Compared to before, the wood color looks refreshed and much more natural again. The service took about a day, and the crew worked carefully around landscaping and nearby surfaces. We were considering replacing sections of the fence, but the cleaning alone improved the appearance more than expected. It’s a great maintenance service that helped extend the life and look of the fence without a full replacement.”

“Andres and his crew were really great. I'm very happy with how my home looks now, and would recommend them highly!”

“Great job, professionalism, and customer service done by Derek and Andres. Juan G, the owner, was patient, as he answered all of my questions and provided me with his companies terms and conditions. He was also very professional with communication and company setup etc., Thanks again.”

“They washed the exterior of my windows on a 2 story house and did a great job. They spent extra time on a few windows that were especially dirty and addressed all of my feedback.”

“A seamless experience throughout the entire process. I arranged an exterior home and window wash + power washing of driveway and sidewalks thru Juan, who was professional, friendly and informative on the work to be done. Guys arrived as promised on the service date and went right to work. Andre was polite and let me know of a few potential issues during the washing up front. When they finished, the house looked better than it had in years! Will definitely utilize HTX Power Washing in the future. Update: After another appointment with HTX Power Washing, the service remains excellent. I again booked with Juan and Andre came to my house with his crew. They were polite and respectful, diligent and finished the job thoroughly and quickly. I plan to always use HTX for all future cleaning needs.”

“Excellent work done by the team... Responsive and did the job perfectly.. excellent communication and great customer service. Absolute 5 stars!. will use again in the future for sure!!!”

“Great experience! Arrived on time, helped remove my screens which I was struggling with, addressed all areas where I had concerns. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!”
