We invested $16,000 in new gutters, expecting quality workmanship, reliable service, and a company that stands behind its product. Unfortunately, that is not what we received. Within one week of installation, the first rain exposed serious problems. Water was leaking between the gutters and our home's exterior walls. Even worse, one of our main concerns, which we specifically discussed with the account manager before installation, was never properly addressed. Rainwater from the roof continued to pour directly into our front yard instead of being properly diverted into the gutters. As a result, the front gutters failed to serve their intended purpose, contributing to significant flooding in our front yard. “Called Leaf Filter & Gutters on a Thursday morning, made an appointment for the same afternoon at 5 for a quote. Ashley Walkes arrived on time, provided a fair quite and set up an appointment for the next morning. The installers too arrived timely, installed the gutters, connecting to the french drain. Very happy, they did an outstanding job, left things cleaner than they found it. About 25 minutes after they left, it started pouring down raining and the gutters worked PERFECTLY. “I had the Leaf filters and new gutters installed in 2018. They worked great, I have a lot of elm trees that drop leaves multiple times each year. I had my roof replaced in June of 2026 and they had to take the filters off to install the new roof. The state changed the requirements for the drip ledge and they could not be reinstalled. They wanted to charge me a $125 fee for a technician to come out and tell me what i already knew and explained to them. The cost to install new "upgraded" filters cost more than the originals with a 30% discount. The Leaf filter people took 2 months to get back with me to give me this information. Thats after I made over a dozen attempts to get answers. Although I like the product, I will not be a returning customer due to poor service, cost, and communications I have had with them. Heads up if you have these and need a new roof.”

“I had representative Lynn come and discuss the history and reliability of the company. It was absolutely pleasant and I believe my wife and I met a new friend. Lynn provided the installation process and above all gave us a reasonable price for the long time needed gutters. My gutters were clogged and overflowing into our garden beds. Carlos and Gustavo were the men who installed the gutters. They did an excellent job for our two story home. Once they completed, the area was cleared with a leaf blower and my yard was cleaned. They even cleared the neighbors as they needed access to the neighbor's yard to get to my roof and gutters. Great job.”

Completely my fault. I should have double-checked everything instead of listening to the salesman. I asked if there was anything at all that they would be able to do to help me out. I would have much rather a simple honest answer instead of setting up appointments with me to see what options I have and not showing up, then having the salesman reach out to me just for me to explain everything to him and be ignored. “Due to a steep roof on a 2 story house we chose to put permanent holiday lights on our house. We had a company that would come come out and put our lights up and take them down for us, but it was always a battle to get them to come. After reviewing several lighting companies we chose Leaf Filters who reps Oelo. They use 100,000 hour LED lights and is backed by a seven year warranty. The lights are waterproof, dimmable, and has several million different colors all controlled from app on our phones. The biggest selling points for me was the safety standards that they met and the ease to replace any leds that might burn out. They came out and installed them the day after we signed the contract and they had them up in about four hours. Kudos to Abel Ambesajer their sales rep and Dagoberto who did the install.”

He is a young man who is very well mannered and educated and there is nothing about Leaf Filters he doesn’t know. He brought with him a carry case full of Leaf Filter parts. He turned the water in the sink on and put his product underneath the water so that we could see how our gutter protection system worked. Luis and Alex were the installation team.They were so nice, energetic, ready to work, knowledgeable and professional that I asked myself where does LeafFilter get all these great people? They worked about six hours. They cleaned out the existing gutters and downspouts; sealed the gutters and downspouts with 50 year silicone; re-aligned gutters as needed; installed hidden brackets for reinforcement; installed the LeafFilters gutter protection system throughout and they cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend LeafFilter for three reasons: my investment is protected, the product works toward that protection, and the installers ensured the protection.”

“Sure their sales team was great. They installed the filters already in gutters that were there charge 7000 $ way overcharged and here a couple years later we need them to take them down so we can do an addition in the back put them back up with some additional gutters for the new construction. First took over a week for them to finally respond to coming out and removing them so they can do the construction. This is supposed to be so it wouldn’t default on the warranty two weeks now trying to get them back on the phone to come out reinstall what was taken down and add new gutters for the new construction. No response to any calls messages left on machines messages left with Life people nothing it’s like they don’t exist anymore. Finally had to go with a different company to take care of this for us. I recommend going with someone local who cares about keeping existing clients who cares about word-of-mouth referrals. Stay away from Leaf filter.”

“I strongly recommend never using Leaf filter. Go with a local business who actual care about their customers. Not only do they way overcharge for their gutters, the craftsmanship of the install was very poorly done. Certain sections of gutters were not put up to perform the way we were promised, many of the materials used were not up to standards and were obvious cost cutting decisions. Then when asked to correct the issues that we initially paid for and agreed to, they wanted to charge us close to another $1000 to fix what was supposed to have been done in the first place. The customer service after the install is horrendous. A customer service rep actually hung up on my wife during one of our calls. Very poor business practices.”

“I had these guys come out just for a quote. Micah, the sales rep gave me the quote I was asking for plus different options. I will be straight up and say they are a little pricey. I couldn't do the whole house plus the garage ended up going with just the front and back of the house. Worth every penny. The guy showed up 3 days later. Total time at my house just under 4 hours. The crew was respectful, answered questions and concerns left the job looking better than when they showed up. Although I did find one screw in my flower bed, which is completely understandable. I probably would have left a whole box. You can't go wrong going with these guys. Once again they are pricey but you get what you pay for. I thought it was just a matter of a missing piece but she thoroughly explained the design flaw (which absolutely makes sense given material balances and fluid dynamics!!) and how the company would go about fixing it.
