“K & J Roofing recently replaced my roof, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kristan was an absolute joy to work with—professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. One of the most impressive parts of the experience was how she handled the insurance claim. My insurance company initially denied the roof replacement, but Kristan worked directly with them and stayed on top of the process until the claim was ultimately approved and covered. K & J Roofing also coordinated seamlessly with the contractors building my new covered patio so they could roof the new structure at the same time as the house. That level of communication and teamwork made the entire project run smoothly. The finished roof looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I would absolutely recommend K & J Roofing to anyone in the Houston area who needs a trustworthy roofing company.”

“I had some damaged ridge shingles and my roof being close to 10 years old needed some other touch ups to ensure its continued performance. I contacted K & J Integrity Roofing and was put in touch with Kristan, their project manager in this matter. She came out the next day to survey the damage and other issues to be addressed across the entire roof system. Kristan is very knowledgeable about roofing and was a pleasure to work with. I had a quote for the work within a day and we decided to proceed. This is when a good company is set apart from a great company. The guys came out to perform the maintenance and repairs. Everything went great except the ridge shingles that were installed did not match the rest of the roof. Kristan was notified and within a day the guys were back out with the right shingles were installed to correct the mistake. You don't want any issues when work is contracted out, but how a company or individual takes care of any issues that may arise is really important. “We live in Eagle Springs, in Humble. We called several roofing companies for quotes. 1 didn’t even come out to inspect our roof. And another local company came out but didn’t even get up on the roof to inspect it for storm damage. There were a lot of roofs being replaced or repaired due to hail damage. Scott Oder with K&J came out and actually got on the roof to inspect it. He even found a vent that was broken due to the hail storm, and repaired it at no cost. He was here for all the inspections that the insurance sent out. He worked with us and helped navigate our dealings with the insurance. We also had the gutters replaced and added new ones. Scott and his team matched our exterior paint perfectly. Also due to the hammering we had nail pops in a few places on our ceiling. Scott’s painters/ drywall repair team matched the paint and repaired the ceiling flawlessly. Scott Oder is very professional and trustworthy. We will call Scott for any future home projects/ remodeling as they do more than roofing. Thank you sir.”

They also did some interior work for us (dry wall damage from the roof leak), they subcontracted to Oscar...I've never seen dry wall repair look that good. “Beware. We signed a contract that promised annual roof inspections. Proving to be difficult to make this happen 3 years in. The roofing job was good, but the constant slamming of shingle packs on the roof created “nail-pops” on the interior ceiling. The initial pops were repaired to an okay standard. As those fell out and new ones were appearing, I started doing the repairs myself to a much better and permanent repair. Lastly, before our roof was replaced, K&J handled our neighbors roof. When they completed the roof, all roof vents were painted. The neighbors vents still look good, as do K&J’s. We noticed our vent was rusted and realized they were in the same condition before the roof was replaced. Unfortunately, we were active duty military and returning overseas as the roof was completed. We recently retired and sitting in the backyard and noticed the vent was heavily rusted. We reached out to discuss this matter and was told a drone would do a flyover inspection. I asked to be present, but wasn’t notified. Heavily pixelated photo was sent. I went outside and took a picture that clearly showed the condition of the vent. I was told they’d find out how much my cost ”
