Platinum Roofing & Construction, LLC

Platinum Roofing & Construction, LLC handles gutter work from Justin, Texas. They operate as a remodeling contractor cross trained in carpentry framing, roof installs, roof repairs, kitchen remodel projects, roofing inspections and gutter installs. Jeff leads the crew on these jobs and keeps direct contact with homeowners throughout.

Customers brought them storm damaged roofs for inspection and repair, kitchen remodels after fire loss, interior ceiling and wall painting plus exterior paint work, leak detection at the front of homes, siding additions with pine, and water problems solved with a new patio. Jeff worked directly with Preston on roof checks after storms and stuck to the agreed price while cleaning up fully. He scoped remodels over the phone for Jon who was out of state and sent updates with pictures and explanations. Jamie received budget solutions during a kitchen rebuild. Melissa had shingles secured fast after wind loss. Chris got textured ceilings and full paint jobs inside and out. Warren saw leaks stopped with materials that were no longer common. Kay saved money on a patio fix compared with other bids. Linda had an interior paint job finished in under three days. Adrienne added siding and Zachary received a full roof replacement.

They answer calls quickly, arrive on the day promised, explain every step in plain terms and leave yards free of nails or scraps. Jeff coordinates other trades so owners do not have to, sends progress photos and texts, and keeps projects moving without added charges beyond the estimate. Work stays inside the original budget and finishes with minimal disruption to daily life.

“Had some damage done to the roof during a storm and wanted to get it checked out. Jeff was easy to work with and clearly communicated with me through every step of the way. This business showed up when they said they would, did the work which was agreed upon at the price which was given in the estimate, and cleaned up as if they were never there. Their response time was prompt and any questions I had were fully explained. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of doing business with Platinum Roofing, but I'm fully confident that if I wasn't, Jeff would make it a priority to come back out and make it right!”

“We were in a bind being out of state and needing our house remodeled quickly to get it on the market. Jeff (Platinum) was able to work with me only over the phone to develop a scope of work and get started right away. Throughout the process he kept me updated with calls, texts and pics so even though in another state, I felt as if I was there in person. As decisions needed to be made he explained them in detail so I could understand all aspects to make a choice and keep the project moving. He was very helpful coordinating all the different trades/sub contractors so I didn't have to worry about the ones I should have handled. He knew our goal was to sell and made every effort to get us to that point with the attitude as if it was his home. Great job, we couldn't be happier and it was a pleasure working with you. I do it again in a heartbeat....”
