“I scheduled to get my carpet clean, pet odor treatment, and special treatment. None of it was done!!! The guy did not treat my carpet and to top it off no shoe covers on his shoes. He walked on my carpet with his dirty shoes after he called himself cleaning it several times in attempt to process the payment via phone. He walked outside on the dirty sidewalk then walked right back in my house on the wet carpet with his shoes on. My carpet still have look the same as it did before he called himself cleaning it. I would not recommend using this company for anything. I paid $238.00 for nothing. Money wasted. Now I have to pay another carpet cleaning company to clean my carpet. I'm very disappointed.”
