“First off to get me as a client I received impeccable communication from the office and our first technician Ruben. He was very helpful and did an awesome job. Then we received a call from Justin Hernandez, he scheduled to come out for follow up last Saturday the 12th of September. He did not show up. I called and asked about our appointment. Representative told us she didn’t see any appointment. But would gladly reschedule us. The appointment was for September 14th between hours 8-12. At 12 no calls no updates, no technician showed up. So I called again representative again apologized for inconvenience. Contacted tech Justin Hernandez and he replied that he went over timeframe and was behind. But he was on his way. Now 3pm and still no response from tech. Called again representative asked to reschedule appointment. So we did again. But I refuse any dealings with Justin Hernandez. This tech has left us hanging with no update whatsoever. Hopefully we get Ruben again. He is who we requested.”

“Technician never showed up, never called. I called customer service three times with no resolution. They used to be good but not so much anymore. Edit: A technician called me a few days later saying he had an appointment for us. We never scheduled that appointment so whoever I talked to last decided to just put us on the schedule after I told them I would not be using their services.”

“I want recognition to Jordan Fuentes he was amazing and he explain everything he was doing and why. Very Knowledge in everything he told me, very friendly . I will pass the word how great your company is and how great you hirer people that work for you. One happy customer. Keep up the good work.”

“This company failed on multiple levels multiple times. The technician ‘ Justin Hernandez ‘ changed my original appointment and then didn’t show up for an hour after the new appointment time. I contacted the office and even though they verify your cell number when you call in nobody bothers calling you back if the calls drops. I called back an 2nd time and the call was again dropped and of course no one attempt to reconnect so I gave up. This was a failure from service technician to customer service.”

“I originally called and scheduled a first-time appointment for the following day. I stayed home all day waiting, and they never showed up or contacted me. Several MONTHS later, they reached out trying to confirm an appointment. I explained that I had already used another company after their no-show and specifically asked to be removed from their contact list. Despite that, I am still receiving text messages asking me to confirm appointments that I never scheduled.”

“Unfortunately, we had to drop them because there is a serious disconnect between the people who schedule the service and those tasked with carrying it out. How many times can a company no-show or cancel service before we’re forced to say “enough!” Further, one of their advisors insisted we had termites and needed several hundred dollars worth of treatments when second opinions verified that was not the case. We hope they get these issues worked out. When they were owned locally it was a great company to do business with.”

“Juan was Very pleasant and efficient. It rained right after he left. I notified him and he kindly rescheduled to come respray outside premises. I appreciate him. Service is a quarterly service/yearly payment. I also pay yearly for termite service. I think I should get a discounted price since I use you for both services. Thank you, Kelly Delbosque”

“JC was extremely helpful and courteous. He always makes sure we are taken care of. Bug out made sure our issues are resolved in a timely manner. We enjoy their service and will be continuing to use them in the future. I would recommend them for any extermination needs.”
