Top Notch Roof Pros

Top Notch Roof Pros handles gutter work along with roofing repairs and replacements from their base in the McAllen area. Ramon Alvarez runs the crew and they serve towns across the Rio Grande Valley such as Mission, Edinburg, Pharr, San Juan, Palmview, Peñitas and Harlingen. The company starts most jobs with a free documented roof inspection that uses photos and plain language to show homeowners the actual condition before any money changes hands. They also install gutters on homes and buildings, fix leaks, handle storm damage claims and repair interior water damage where needed.

Homeowners describe calls for metal roof replacements that stop multiple leaks and drop indoor temperatures by a couple degrees even on the hottest days. Ramon and Gonzalo Pena led crews that replaced entire roofs in under two days, installed gutters on church buildings in Pharr and cleaned up all debris afterward. Other jobs included same-day weekend visits to locate and seal bedroom leaks, ceiling repairs in living rooms and kitchens after storms, and fence fixes tied to roof work in San Juan and Peñitas. Reviewers note the crews stayed on site the whole time, answered questions patiently and left the property tidy.

They answer messages fast, show up on time including Sundays when other crews are unavailable, and keep homeowners updated in English or Spanish without pushing for quick decisions. Pricing comes across as fair after they explain the real options, and they work across the full valley without extra travel charges. Communication stays clear from the first phone call through final cleanup, and crews respect the property while they work.

Feedback gives the company consistent top ratings for honest guidance on roof and gutter choices, professional crews that finish on schedule and reliable results on both new installs and repair jobs. Themes that repeat include crews that keep sites clean, explain findings without pressure and deliver work that holds up after heavy rains.
