4-Tex Softwash LLC

4-Tex Softwash LLC handles gutter work along with soft washing and power washing jobs around McKinney, TX. Jeremy runs the company and takes on house exteriors, driveways, sidewalks, windows, window tracks, and related surfaces. Reviewers note he sometimes adds driveway cleaning at no extra charge when doing other work and points out builder issues on homes that need fixing.

Customers call for driveway and sidewalk cleaning after years of stains, chalk drawings, and weathering, plus full house soft washes and window cleaning inside and out. Jeremy handled water damage and fertilizer marks on sidewalks for one homeowner, while others got trash can bins and flower bed areas treated during visits. One job went through a subcontractor named Deonte who left poor results on windows, tracks, and gutters, after which calls to Jeremy went unanswered and no warranty followed. Most other jobs ended with driveways looking new and houses free of buildup.

Jeremy answers messages quickly, shows up the next day or on schedule, explains the steps ahead of time, and keeps prices reasonable. He researches properties before arriving, stays in touch during the work, and often finishes on time even with added areas like sidewalks. Reviewers say the crew stays polite at the door and follows through on what gets quoted.

The company holds a 4.9 Google rating from 68 reviews, with repeated notes on Jeremy's punctuality, clear explanations, and solid results on driveways and homes. A few reviews flag concerns over subcontracted work and follow-up. DIRT Score 4.6 from reviews on Finds.

“Jeremy from 4texsoftwash is a very nice guy to work with he did explain the process in detail and came up this morning and took care of it. He also treated the outside of the flower bed for free. I added the photo which we took before and after”

“I called 4-Tex Softwash LLC and was contacted by Deonte Green (of his own company). He was sent out to do the job of soft washing the house, cleaning windows, window tracks, and gutters. He did an awful job all around. So awful that it left me with even more work to do (my review is on his company). Jeffrey from 4-Tex never returned by calls after Deonte came out. This is a referral company. They do not appear to do the work themselves, and they definitely don’t warranty their work. Would not hire at all. Also, notice how they don’t have ANY recent, or slightly negative, reviews. Beware.”

“I tell you what! These guys did an incredible job! Wanted to give them 10 stars! Check out the pics to see the difference.”
