“I had the pleasure of doing business with TC Gutters & Repair. Tyler Cartwright, owner, was at my home next day to review my home and quote the project. My home had existing gutters on front and back only, a previous owner decision. I wanted to complete the entire home’s roof line, about 120’ of gutter, 3 new down spouts, 2 replacement down spouts, 1 oversized down spout (to drain water more efficiently) and tie in at 3 corners of existing gutter. To boot Tyler so closely matched the custom painted gutters the difference can’t be seen. Believe it or not this was considered a small job for Tyler and his company. TC Gutter crew showed up when they said and began work immediately. Tyler went over the scope of work with his foreman and to work they went. 2 hours later the job was complete. “The crew did an absolutely miserable job of installing the gutters. The day after they installed them I got a ladder and did a pretty thorough inspection. The ends were all horrible, the gutters didn’t drain well, one corner leaked, and there were screws left lying in the gutters all over the place. They had to move my lightning rod cable, and left the screw holes in the roof without patching them. They also asked to borrow my tape measure and my cordless drill battery! I let Tyler know all of the problems and he sent them back to fix everything. They fixed some stuff, but there were still problems. Tyler came back himself the third day and fixed several problems, but I still had to get on a ladder myself and show him what he was doing wrong. I should not know more about gutter installation than my gutter contractor. This morning I noticed that there is a leak in the back of one gutter, which will eventually rot out the fascia if not fixed. Also, I needed two diverters installed because of antennas attached to the house. Tyler and I disagreed on the proper design of diverters, so I guess I will eventually end up making my own and replacing the ones they installed. Now I f”

“Would have been a 5 star review but he ultimately disappeared after the sale. Numerous texts to him about replacing two parts that cost about $15 were met with promises but he never followed thru then just disappeared. Please note I reached out to him about 10 times including phone calls. It’s a shame because I would have given him more business but not now. Update: the parts were installed this morning. I’ll raise the number of stars from 1 to 3”
