“This was the best service company I've ever worked with. They did everything extremely professionally, from the detailed, written estimate to completion of the job. I couldn't be more pleased with them. Business owner Shane Brewer came out personally to do the free estimate. We did a detailed walk-through of the job and he provided an itemized, written estimate via email within 2 hours. Once I accepted the estimate, his scheduling coordinator contacted me by phone to set up the work schedule. They were able to get me on the calendar quickly and worked with my schedule. On the day of the appointment, Shane walked his team through the exact job personally and supervised them throughout. They were on time and did an excellent job. Shane also agreed to do a couple of items above and beyond just window cleaning and power washing, both which were additional services that they normally do not do. They cut down and removed an awning on my patio and did light caulking of a couple of leaky windows. All work was itemized beforehand on the estimate - there were no surprise costs. The team was courteous, professional, and did a superb job. This was the single best experience I've had working”

“Hi Shane, You came to my home on Tuesday, April 29 to clean my patio furniture and large picture windows so they looked good for a luncheon I was having the next day. Shane, you worked so hard on my 5 patio umbrellas to clean them up. They look great now as does the patio furniture. And you offered to come back if needed to clean the windows again since rain was predicted for Wednesday and Friday of that week. It did rain a lot, but whatever you used on the windows allowed them to dry and look great even after 2 very heavy rains. Sue Vancil”

“I saw the Shine truck at a neighbors house near our new house. our house was in separate need of power washing. I stopped and spoke to the tech and he sent the owner down 20 minutes later. He gave me a quote in a timely manner and then put me on the schedule for later that week. They did a great job and did not charge me for a couple of extras they cleaned.
