“Rick and his team do amazing work! Every time, and even after these crazy West Texas winds and dust! My backyard looks spotless, tidy, and spectacular all the time and I never have to lift a finger! I always know I can have guests over at anytime! I’m so glad I found him and I highly recommend him to everyone!”

“I highly recommend Rick and his team for your exterior cleaning needs. They completely detailed every area of my patio from floor to ceiling after we moved in to our new house. Rick ensured the process met my expectations and needs. He is thorough with explaining his bid and was prompt in replies. Can’t wait to host my first party in my new, sparkling patio and pool area.”

“It is so pleasant to deal with a company (Upscale Patio Cleaning) that actually does what they say they will. I initially hired Rick Sanders to do a “spring cleaning” of my outdoor patios and balcony. I was completely pleased with his work, work ethic and professionalism. He cleaned my areas until they literally shined. I have done this job myself and I can truly say he out-cleaned my efforts and I am extremely picky about things being really clean. I have since hired him to clean on bi- monthly basis. He shows up when he says he will and returns texts and calls promptly. He is so pleasant to deal with and my patios have never looked better! He ranks far above anyone I have used before. Update: after all this time, I can say my original review holds true. I have recommended him to my neighbors and received good feedback.”

“I have been using upscale patio cleaning for more than a year. The owner Rick is not only one of the nicest people, but he is professional, hard working and prompt. He and is team do an outstanding job and I love having a clean outdoor space, especially living in Midland where things get quite dusty. I highly recommend! Randee R.”

“Rick has always been responsive, prompt, communicative and thorough. The outside areas are always white-glove ready after he comes by. Consistency is hard to come by these days, but Upscale Patio has it!”

“Rick and his crew did an amazing job on my patio. I don’t think it was this clean when the house was built. I recommend him highly.”
