Tim’s Exterior Cleaning

Tim’s Exterior Cleaning takes care of gutter cleaning along with window cleaning, roof washing, pressure washing, house washing, driveway cleaning, calcium and rust removal, and commercial work around Pasadena. The outfit adapts its soft washing and pressure washing methods to match each property and job. Reviewers note that the crew measures results through before and after photos and by building repeat business rather than rigid procedures.

Customers describe John handling repeated gutter cleanings plus window washing and driveway power washing at the same homes. Raul and John arrived early for a driveway and sidewalk job and applied a softwash approach to avoid concrete damage. Jon gave an accurate quote ahead of time for washing 23 windows on a two-story house and spot cleaning brick, siding, and an umbrella, then checked the finished work. Other jobs include full exterior cleans that cover gutters, windows inside and out, and driveways, with crews finishing efficiently on varied surfaces.

The team shows up on time, confirms appointments the day before, and keeps communication clear throughout. Reviewers mention reasonable prices, thorough results without excess force on surfaces, and a willingness to return if any spot needs another look. Work covers residential properties and commercial sites across Southeast Texas with crews described as professional and responsive during the service.

All listed feedback gives five-star ratings across more than a dozen reviews. Common points include crews arriving on schedule, delivering clean results on gutters and related surfaces, and charging fair amounts for the scope completed.

“John has done several jobs at my house, and it’s always great. He’s cleaned the gutters several times, washed windows, and done driveway power washing. He’s my go-to for those jobs.”

“John and Raul showed up on time (actually 10 minutes early) and did a great job cleaning my driveway an sidewalk. They used a softwash technique that avoids the damage that a pressure washer can cause to concrete. I was pleased with the result. They were also very nice. I could add that the company seems to be managed well.”

“This morning, Tim’s Exterior Cleaning crew competently and efficiently washed 23 windows of varied sizes on my two story home and spot-cleaned a few exterior surfaces such as a brick fireplace, HardiPlank siding and canvas umbrella. The windows are sparkling clean and the mildew spots were successfully removed, brightening those surfaces. Jon reviewed the work in advance to give me an accurate contracted price and upon finishing, he assured me that he will stand by his work and to call him back if I find any issues. It is always a pleasure to find a company that is customer driven,, takes pride in their work and remains accountable for the results! I thank Jon and his colleague for a job well done😊”
