“I had work done on my chimney Sunday 6/4/23, the technician came out and explained to me what he was going to do. I asked him before he did any work if they accept credit cards, he said yes. What he failed to mention until the job was completed was there there’s a 3% charge on all credit and debit card transactions, which is infuriating. Making customers pay for their credit cards fees is something they should be responsible for, I’m a business owner and I price my items accordingly to avoid passing on the fees to the customers. They needed to clean the chimney, so a crown repair and siding replacement. It took them about 45 min to finish the job. The job seemed rushed. They cleaned the chimney and told me they would come back to finish the rest of the work on Monday. When they left I inspected the chimney and realized it was still dirty. I contacted the technician and he came back to finish it properly. Told me not to tell the office. I also noticed the crown repair was just sprayed painted and he charge me $650 to do that, which is ridiculous. I noticed the lid of the spray paint can on the floor after the left.
