“Never properly leveled the gutters or sealed them, so there’s been water pouring out of every corner since installed. How am I supposed to appreciate your “5 year warranty” if you can’t even do the job properly at the beginning? Since you stopped replying to me for months and refuse to fix your bad work, I’m here to let others know. Not sure if you just inherited a family business or what, but I’m shocked you have any business at all with where things stand with us. You can have one more chance after you read this to make things right. EDIT: a month since posting this and giving them one more chance it hearing nothing back; today I’m filing a police report on Jonathon Montes.”

“Initial communication is ok. Once you pay and ask for any warranty work the communication terrible, you have to hound him to come out. My gutters over the main entry still create a beautiful waterfall I get to walk through when it's raining. I paid for gutter guards all around the house (A 2 story house) I went to pull a branch off my roof and found that about 5 feet of gutter guard were never installed. Reached out and still have not heard a peep. To make it worse. Now my gutters are filled with muddy leaves because the gutter guards were missing. Moral of the story. Double check his work before paying. 1 star for poor work & poor customer service”

“Doesn't honor warranties. Keeps saying he will come out to fix issues and never shows. 4 times he has done this.Water leaking from actual downspout. Used to many pieces to make up this down spout I have provided a video to him to show the water leaking out. My roofer made comments on how it hasnt been done right. Roof was done before gutters installed. He came out once to fix gutter slop on 2 parts. Gutter slop on top is not correct above windows. You can see the water behind gutter where windows r. Incorrect slope. Warranty in writing was supposed to be for 2 years. Water shouldn't be going behind gutters. Roofer has been consulted already about roof right before contacting him about fixing issues.”
