“Hugo, Chris, and the rest of the team at knight roofing were incredibly patient navigating insurance. I was very impressed by their tenacity in advocating for repairs and not giving in. It took almost six months of negotiating but I really felt like I had an advocate on my side, advising me on what to do and try in order to convince the insurance company that we had damages. When the insurance finally approved the repairs, the team did an amazing job of reroofing, replacing, and, most importantly, cleaning up after themselves. They meticulously cleaned my entire yard, as well as my neighbors, to make sure every nail, shingle, and piece of underlayment was disposed of properly. From the beginning to the end, knight roofing communicated what they were going to do and when. I felt empowered taking on the insurance company with their help and their commitment to doing what’s right.”
