“I was really pleased when Ryan with Pink's Window Service in Pearland TX told me that his company also serves nearby Texas City where my two-story home is located. Ryan came to my house in early June, listened carefully to everything I wanted done (all exterior windows washed and existing screens permanently removed) and gave me an on-the spot estimate and date when he could have a crew at my house. During the intervening days Pink's Window Service sent me several text messages confirming they were still coming to do the work, and asking me to contact them if I had any questions or concerns. They also sent me a copy of the invoice with all charges itemized. Today, on the date my service was scheduled, my assigned crew (Isaiah and David) kept to the schedule Ryan had set and also texted me about their expected time of arrival. These two young men introduced themselves with handshakes and smiles and assured me they had read Ryan's service notes. We confirmed the work they were going to do and then they promptly unloaded ladders and equipment and worked their way around the house. When they were finished they stopped by my front door to again shake hands and tell me they were ”
