“Honest, professional, reliable, reasonably priced, and most importantly, always do quality work. I’ve used them for over 15 years. They have repaired and replaced both roofing and gutters. They have done my maintenance and storm damage repairs over the years. They also do more than their name suggests. They have repaired the inside of my home. They have replaced, tectured, and painted sheetrock to perfectly match the undamaged areas. On more than one occasion, they have had to come fix areas damaged by other companies. Cleaning up after plumbers that tear down walls but never rebuild them. Just yesterday, Jonas himself came by to repair my roof damaged by the a/c company. Aware of the forecast, he wanted to ensure I was protected before the rains began. I can’t say enough about, Jonas, Joanna, and all their crews. They should always be the first call.”

Two guys came out and quoted the project and we agreed to a price of $546 for gutter cleaning, re-sealing, and repair of one downspout strap. They attempted to seal one corner and repair one strap, and might have cleaned 50% of the gutters. Apparently this company has multiple company names and appears to have some sort of shell game going on to avoid warranty and workmanship issues. The invoice says Dallas Home Services and the supervisor contact is from All States Services. Neither one of which I thought I had hired. Avoid this company at all costs!!”

“I had a reallly good experience with this company. They sent someone out to inspect the roof then the next day they had the roof put up within 2 hours. Roof was beautiful then when they left the cleaned everything you could not even tell they were there. Good company.”

“Booked in for a consultation between 10-2 today. Took the day out of the office to be present for the appointment. After several phone calls to them trying to find out the status of the inspector and being told they will show up, they never did. Finally, at 2:00 today, got a call back saying the inspector won’t make it and can be rescheduled for Wednesday. Really not acceptable, especially for a new customer. The managers apparently work out of country, so doubt they’ll even respond or find a suitable resolution. Will be looking elsewhere for a more reliable company.”

“Victoria and Delmer we’re on time and clearly explained all of the jobs and prices. They were very professional and as I watched them complete the work Delmer also spent the time and effort to even dig out one of my black tubes from the down spout and hand cut all of the roots and debris from it. When they cleaned my dryer vent I was shocked what came out being that I had cleaned it many times before but could not get my pole in deep enough. They cleaned everything up. I was really happy with the job done.”
