“First, I will say these are nice people to work with. They provided a fair price and did the work quickly. However, almost a year later we discovered the way the gutters were installed, led to water damage during hurricane Beryl. I am no gutter expert, but two separate companies who looked at the work were not surprised how the installation led to leaking inside our home. We’ve been working with our insurance and I asked Brothers Gutters to cover the deductible ($10k) seeing as how their work led to this issue. I was told they would provide financial assistance and weeks later I was offered $1,000.00 (we had previously discussed $2,000 to start) All the while I’ve been asking them to send someone to fix the issue itself. All it took was another rain storm for them to finally send someone months later. To this day I have no financial assistance for their work. I tried for months, patiently working with their owner, giving them ample opportunity to do the right thing. I’ve included a few pics of the damage and a screenshot of their warranty claim assuring 5 years of coverage regarding defects. Not sure I believe it! “Just had our whole home fitted for gutters by Jordan Lucks and the team. They were fantastic to work with and were very helpful throughout the entire process. You really have to be careful to find someone who knows what they are doing because they can really mess things up if not done properly. I have nothing but good things to say about Brothers. “Joaquin arrived on time and I walked him around the house. He described what he would be doing and approximately how long the job would take. My gutters had built up a good bit of debris, especially leaves since we’re in a heavily wooded area. Joaquin did an excellent job, and the before and after pics were night and day. The whole process of cleaning my gutters was done in a very workmanlike and professional manner. He also patched/caulked a few areas that needed repair. A little more than I’m used to paying for this service, but well worth it . Great job!”
